Excellent breakfast and facilities in a convenient location. 5 minutes walk from the Lepanto underground station and pizzeria, and 15 minutes walk to many locations! Friendly, comfortable and welcoming with wonderful cakes after a hard days sightseeing. Will definitely visit on our return visit to Rome.

Amazing location, fifteen minutes by feet to the old part of town, Vatican and Basilica of Sant Angelo. Otivano metro stop is seven minutes to go by feet from Houspitality. Staying in Ceasar Bed and Breakfest is not like staying in hotel, it's more like staying at home, beautiful apartments, with delicious breakfest and welcoming attitude from owner of Houspitality-... The location was perfect - 20 minutes walk to Vatican, Piazza del Poppolo or Piazza Navona and less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest underground station. The houspitality owner was very warm and we indeed felt ourselves like home. The room was large and very comfortable. We were also delighted with the possibility to have coffee or tea any... More

This was kind of a small-sized, home-run lodging by Ms Claudia who also stayed there. There are so many good things to say about this place! But we have to start somewhere - so firstly, the location was excellent. The nearest metro station is Lepanto, and to central areas like the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon, its around 4 stations... I was there with my mother in September last year and I have no doubt: when I return to Rome I´ll all the possible to stay there again. A very charming place at a very pleasant neighborhood! Also, the owner, Ms. Claudia, is such a friendly and helpful person. A top experience, for sure!

We wanted a place in Rome that was away from the Termini hopefully a quieter area...via Giulio Cesare was terrific...tree lined and even though it is walking distance to the historic centre (big walk) and the Vatican (about 15-20 tops) you were away from the hustle and bustle...and it was hard to remember it was in the centre of Rome!... We have been to Rome quite a few times, but really enjoyed our stay with Claudia and her staff. 1) Very, very friendly and helpful, comfortable beds and good quality breakfast. 2) Easy to find, close to the metro in a quiet leafy neighbourhood, alongside the river, but close to Vatican, Popolo and Spagna. Basically two metro stops from centre.... More

Location is all but ideal: 200m from the metro station, very easy to reach from the FCO airport by combining train and metro (it takes around 60 mins). The street (via Giulio Cesare) is a lovely av with tall trees, very quiet neighbourhood on the river bank, a bit of traffic noise during the day but really no big deal.... More

Me and my husband were In Rome to attend a wedding. One of our friends who lives locally recorded this place to us. We had a wonderful times, the place is super clean, always smells fresh, the breakfast is delicious and generous. But the most important of all which made our stay extra special was the kindness and hospitality of... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
