For our travel to Rome, my family and I decided to go to Apollo Hotel. We absolutely enjoyed the hotel. When you pull up to the reception desk, the building doesn't look too big, or wow. You check in, and if you have an apartment you go to via de bacchini. The only problem is there is no marking to... More

Family of three (2 Adults and 1 Teenager). Monday to Friday break in Rome, so wanted bed and breakfast arrangement in a good location and that is what we got! We had a rear room (204), so no street views but nice and quiet. As only used as a resting place, the room was ideal, nice bathroom (albeit shower cubicle... More

We did stay in one of the apartment that are managed by the hotel. The place was just great. The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful. It is 2 minutes from the coliseum and very close to a busy Piazza at night. Great Gelato around the corner and very busy nightlife in the area. But once inside the... More

We stayed in an apartment which we knew when we booked. It was a 5 minute walk from the hotel, a 10 minute walk from the Coliseum, and a few minutes in any direction to get to a market, food, or the beautiful fountain to relax by! It is also only a 10 minute walk to the metro. The building... More

We were a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 older children) and were in the Apollo Apartments, not the hotel itself - we knew this when we booked, so it was not a surprise, and in fact we wanted the apartments as we preferred more space. The Apartment was a 300 metre walk from the hotel. It was easy to... More

I had a good experience in this hotel, room was very cozy and clean, no view to the street but you need to sleep not to be at the window :-) the front desk was really helpful, the service was all the time A+ complementary breakfast and it was very good and tasty! very close to the Coliseum and some... Great location near the Colosseum so a good base for seeing the sights of Rome. The apartment was a short walk from the hotel and we were given clear, helpful advice and a map to find it. The man at reception was very pleasant and spoke good English. The apartment was newly refurbished, and spacious. On the down side, the... More

We arrived and were greeted by a man with a horrible personality. He genuinely hated people. He told us that we had to walk for a mile (it wasn't exactly but it was really annoying) to get to our room. The room was not what we expected. I thought that we were staying in the hotel itself but we had... More
