My best friend & I visited 4 cities in Italy and this was by far the best hotel and the best breakfast. We booked through EuropeanDestinations.com and made sure we selected the few bucks extra option for the inclusive breakfast. It's worth it. Something you may not know about Europe is that some cities charge a city tax so be... More

Excellent hotel (4.5 out 5 stars from us!), just a gentle stroll up a quiet road to the Piazza del Popolo and within easy walking distance of many of Rome's attractions. Generous sized clean room and large bathroom. The breakfast was more than adequate with a great choice of hot and cold dishes and the restaurant manager was very efficient.... More

The Residenza Di Ripetta had been recommended to us by a friend who has been visiting Italy regularly for decades. The week we spent in Rome was enhanced by our stay at the di Ripetta, which became our temporary home, with all the comforts associated. We were traveling with our teenage son so we stayed in the two bedroom Royal... More

Great hotel, includes breakfast, the location was so convenient, we walked EVERYWHERE! The hotel wasn't super fancy or anything, but it was nice and clean, and we were upgraded to a family room. Nice staff- they let us check our bags the last day so we could still tour after checkout. I love Rome, can't wait to go back :)

Our family of 4 stayed here for 6 nights and couldn't have been happier. We had a large "Family Room" with master bedroom downstairs, living room, kitchenette and upstairs loft with two beds, TV, bathroom and desk for our children. My son said he wanted to move to Rome to live in this hotel. Tall windows opening on to the... More

Tucked away off the busy street is the Residenza di Ripetta hotel, where the building was once a 17th century convent. Right in the middle of the tall, squared building, with a view open to the sky, the city noise silenced and lush gardens full of fruit trees, flowers and herbs, the restaurant is a secret hideaway for simply delicious... We were really happy with the standard of this hotel. The room was large and well organised. The staff were very friendly and it's a great location near the Spanish steps, we walked to all the tourist attractions, so no need to use the subway. The breakfast had plenty of options. We would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Residenza di Ripetta. Outstanding location, great front desk staff, very nice common areas and adequate rooms. I could not push myself to give the hotel a full 5.0 because of the poor attitude, laziness and arrogant behavior of the waiters and food and beverage staff. Breakfast included in the rate was actually quite good,... More

My travel planner suggested this hotel for Rome over the usual chain 5 star hotels. I like to travel in style but not into the loss of an arm or leg or both. This charming hotel more than fit the bill. The room (a suite) was not huge but just perfect. Kitchenette if needed (we did not use) great amenities,... More

Looks like we were fortunate that we didn't dine here. I can say there weren't good vibes when we ate breakfast. The restaurant across the street with the little blue Vespa is fantastic and we ate there twice. Otherwise the lobby staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome. The room was like a dungeon ( room 303) with... More

Dear Steve Many thanks for taking the time to review the Residenza di Ripetta after your trip to Rome. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay overall, in particular the large rooms. As we are a historic property rooms do vary in size and amount of daylight depending on the configuration of the room. I am also sorry to hear... More
