Stayed for a week in Sept 2014 - price included breakfast. Found the location to be ideal - close to train/metro station, also able to walk to many of the historic sites, and handy to local cafes & many restaurants. We picked this place over others as the triple share room dimensions on the website were larger than other places... More

We were in this hotel 3 nights in July'15. The hotel is very very well maintained, clean, comfortable and well located. The bedroom was a very ample 2-story superior double room. The restroom was also ample and modern. The sleeping quality was very good during all nights. The service was exceptional: helpful and attentive. It is located 15 minutes from... More

I was excited to visit Rome for the first time with my family. I was also excited to stay at this hotel given the fact that it was a former convent and it was well located to Piazza di Popolo and the Spanish Steps. Due to a death in our family I had to modify my reservation by one day,... More

My husband and I stayed three nights at Residenza Di Ripetta in April 2015. I believe the building was formerly a convent, although few of the original features remain except for the functions area which was the chapel and still retains a ceiling fresco. Our room was large with separate bedroom, bathroom, living room and a loft kitchenette; however there... More

My Amex centurion travel services recommended this hotel and booked our stay. My wife and I were visiting Rome for the very first time. We had a horrible experience with our hotel arranged car pick up from Rome airport and where dropped off in the middle of a busy road a little distance away from the hotel by the driver.... More

Great, centrally located hotel. Numerous places to eat within walking distance. Close to Rome's major shopping street and many gelateria choices! The hotel's location is definitely the high point. Our room had dirty carpet, a dirty bathroom and while large, was nothing special. They gave us two twin beds even though I contacted them ahead of time and let them... More

I would like to start with a special thanks to Mr. Samuelle that helped us during our stay in the kindest way. The location, decoration, staff and facilities of this hotel are highly recommended. Nice space for breakfast, nice welcome hall and area, and you are in the middle and walking distance from all the touristic attractions. The only reason... More

I give this hotel 3 stars. The first star is for the location. It is close to everything. You can walk to every major site. The second star is for the Staff. They are unbelievably accommodating. They really try. The third star is for the location. That is how good it is. Now lets talk about the Air Conditioning or... More

Perfect Location. Stifling hot rooms! Air conditioning doesn't work. First two nights got run-around... kept claiming they'd fixed. "Ignore the thermostat, they don't work!" No, they do... two fans didn't help, got no sleep... old drapes go to floor and cover A/C, they came into room during the night and had us pull drapes open... dint help much, but if... More

The hotel's location is amazing. Very close to Piazza Poppolo and Via del Corso. Although you can walk to spanish steps phanteon etc. But hotel's rooms are very old furnitured. They need really renovation. Hotel staff are very professional and helpfull. There are a lot of market and restaurant near hotel. Breakfast is well.

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
