I came along with my mum and sister for a 5 day get away, the room was actually fabulous sleeping 3 and a kitchenette to ourselves and of course there being breakfast and a pool. However if I was to come to Rome again I would not stay here. Our room had some sort of electric issue which meant that... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in August for a short stay before moving on to the coast. We loved it ! Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with facilities to prepare your own food if you so wished. When we arrived we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates on our pillow,... More

This hotel worked very well for our family of 5. It is walking distance to the Borghese Gardens but too far from the historic center to walk with children in the heat of August. Our room could have used a fresh coat of paint, as the walls were quite scuffed, but we found it to be very comfortable and spacious.... More

We stayed here a few times during our visit to Italy in April. The trip details changed several times due to changes to some of the tours we had originally booked. Constantin was most patient and very helpful to us through the whole booking process and all the changes that had to be made. We had to check in and... More

We arrived at Aldrovandi Residence City Suites on Sunday 16th August. We caught the airport bus to Termini €4 each and bus 90 & tram 19 for €1.50 each. Tram 19 stops 100 yards from the hotel entrance. We were in room 201 which I can only describe as wow. It was a very large apartment with living area, dining... More

We stayed here whilst exploring the beautiful city of Rome. We spent 4 nights here in a junior suite for 3 adults. The hotel is just far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough for it not to be a chore to get about. The bus and tram stops are directly outside of the hotel and run regularly... More

lovely apartment! clean, modern bathroom. Nice bedroom lots of wardrobe space. large lounge with settee turned into bed, but was a little uncomfortable to watch tv could have done with more comfy chairs if there's 3 of you. Nice and cool . Quite noisy from next door room when sleeping in lounge, but not enough to spoil holiday.

Great place to be to discover Rome, with the added bonus of a fine swimming pool to recover from the city heat. Nicely situated next to the Villa Borghese park and with access to the tram and bus lines that go to the city center and all the historical sites.

Great pool and lots of space - right on tram route - all good. Rooms are a bit dark. Breakfast spoilt by a breakfast waiter always hoovering about and churning up the scrambled eggs. His people skills are appalling and he can't cope with busier times.

Staying in Parioli

Neighborhood Profile
Parioli
Young and well-to-do families are the street flavor of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s palaces, tony boutiques, open-air markets and plenty of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has several great sporting clubs known for tennis and riding, a wonderful modern art museum, easy access to the zoo (Europe’s oldest), and is nestled around Rome’s very best parks including Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori.
