My family and I have stayed at this wonderful hotel twice before and plan to return this summer--so that should say it all! We love everything about it--the spacious suites, the tranquil location across from beautiful Villa Borghese and near the Museum of Modern Art, great breakfasts, the friendly, professional, always helpful staff, and the amazing pool, which offers the... Clean and comfortable suite, room 106, with access to car park and thence main road just outside. The suite, on two floors, is quite roomy, with a small but adequate kitchen, a decent sized bathroom with shower and bidet, alongside the bath and toilet, and a large walk-in wardrobe/ dressing room. The two bedrooms are well proportioned. However, all the... More

What a lovely find. This used to be a palace and was turned into residential suites, and so retains a lot of Italian charm with some luxurious touches. A very welcome bottle of Chianti was awaiting us on arrival. A very useful tram stop is just outside the hotel and you are opposite the Villa Borghese, which is a must... More

LOCATION Outside of the city centre, which is just how we prefer it. Trams stop just outside of the hotel. Tram 3 will take you to the Colosseo and tram 19 to the Vatican. Close by are the Gallery of Modern Art and the Piazza del Popolo. It is within walking distance of a few restaurants. It is in a... More

Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, not too close to the main tourist attractions, yet with very convenient transportation in front of the Hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Constantine. The breakfast was good (which is included), only one thing that is worth to mention, there is not many restaurants near by, but if you are... More

This hotel is a great place to stay with a family. It offers bigger suites so families can bunk together, yet not feel like they're on top of each other. Plus, it offers a pool! My family stayed here in Late June of 2014. We found it to be a great option for us, as it was cheaper to stay... More

We booked this hotel after viewing many, they are all expensive,So we decided to pay a little more to get something special and this place did not dissapoint,We had a one bedroomed suite and it was furnished in a classical manner with a beautiful lounge, very modern bathroom and a small but serviceable kitchen. We hired a car from the airport so... More

Dear Friend Thank you for sharing your positive experience at Aldrovandi Residence. I agree with you about drivingin Roma. It's not easy to drive a rented car in such a big busy and big city especially if you are not used as residents. That's why we offer public and private service for transports. We are nearby the city center and... More

We had a fantastic honeymoon here in September. We were looking for a hotel that was outside the centre of Rome, with a pool where we could relax after a day of sightseeing. We were very pleasantly surprised by the high standard of accommodation at the hotel, the complimentary bottle of wine and the very friendly staff. The hotel is... More

The staff at this hotel couldn't have been more helpful and polite. The suites are spacious and kept spotlessly clean. The hotel itself is situated very close to the Borghese Gardens, the Etruscan Museum and the Modern Art museum and is within walking distance of the centre of Rome but it is also on two tram routes for the less... Staying in Parioli

Neighborhood Profile
Parioli
Young and well-to-do families are the street flavor of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s palaces, tony boutiques, open-air markets and plenty of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has several great sporting clubs known for tennis and riding, a wonderful modern art museum, easy access to the zoo (Europe’s oldest), and is nestled around Rome’s very best parks including Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori.
