Absolutly helpful, 100% fluent in english receptionists, willing to draw you on map which you get there any place you wanna go, with bus stops and metro. This was the third time that we stayed at the Fontanella Borghese. The hotel has a great central location and is within walking distance of most tourist sites. We stayed at this hotel upon arriving in Rome. The entry way into the hotel looked nicer than the interior of the rooms. This hotel was filthy and the ac did not work. We checked-in, went to the room and immediately checked out. The gentleman at the front desk would not refund our money and we had to pay for another hotel. He actually was extremely rude and made my daughter and me very uncomfortable. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

we enjoyed the location of this little boutique hotel in the heart of Rome. It lacks a restaurant, and some of the other amenities you might expect in a bigger property, but makes up for it with a friendly staff, great location, and comfortable rooms.
