One of the best values in Rome. So centrally located that even us 75 year olds could walk everywhere. The personal service here, is in a word, superb. The staff is exceptionally willing and able to help make your trip pleasant. They remain smiling thru the most mundane questions. (“Rude Staff” - pay no attention to that comment - couldn‘t... more

My thanks to our friends who recommended this hotel to us. I can understand why they always (18 years and counting!) use this hotel when in Rome. Staff, location, quality, consideration, knowledge, helpfulness, etc all 100%. They all made our stay in Rome so good. more

I recently spent two nights at this hotel with two extremely well-travelled cousins. Most impressive was the experience of booking directly with the hotel (and not through the internet),encouraged by reviews in Fodor's and The New York Times. Service was fast, sensitive and efficient. When we arrived almost 2 months after our booking, everything was just as expected. The rooms... more

This hotel is walking distance to all the great sites. The people are very friendly and helpful (especially Kaled!!), and the hotel is very well maintained! We (from the US) stayed in a quad with 2 young kids, and it was plenty of room for a 4 night visit into Rome. Definitely recommend! more

Location was great , breakfast was fine + available late, as well as early, + staff was helpful + made tour, museum + restaurant reservations with good cheer. Only drawback was that rooms are a bit cozy, to say the least. more

You enter through a courtyard--the hotel is charming and rooms are comfortable. Fantastic location. The street becomes the high end shopping street --Via Condotti and leads to the Spanish Steps. Staff was friendly and helpful. The owner even came to the breakfast room and talked to everyone. The buffet breakfast was good, even had freshly baked quiche. A pleasant stay. more

We stayed here with our teenage son for one night in July. Our trip to Rome was divided between a 4-night stretch, then off to Florence, with one night in Rome again at the end. We had a hard time deciding whether to spend four nights at the Hotel Campo de Fiori and one night here or four nights here... more

Overall, it was a great hotel. The location, cleanliness, breakfast, etc. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel. But the reception was very pesky and made a hassle out of having a friend of ours come up to our room because he was staying at another hotel. I'm not sure if this was a Rome thing or just the... more

My husband and I just got back from a two week trip in Italy and this was easily the worst hotel we stayed at. The room was decent (the bathroom didn't even have the normal shampoo that hotels provide, but rather a dispenser that they would refill. weird). The worst part about this hotel was how rude and unhelpful the... more
