Stayed here for 5 nights in a family trip to Rome with my husband and 4 month old baby. Initially I wasn't sure where to stay in Rome because everything seemed extremely expensive! I took a chance on this hotel based on tripadvisor reviews and I was extremely satisfied. A few blocks from termini, we took the metro everywhere. The... More

We found the hotel a real value for money gem. It was clean, safe, comfortable and had good facilities. Breakfasts excelled, with friendly staff that provided first class service. Its location could not be better, located near Rome's main transport hub. Importantly, it enabled us to have easy access by public transport to both Airport and Port as well as... More

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel and it was very nice, location is good, 8 minutes walk from Termini station. The closeness of station did not bother us, because most of the streets are really quiet. The room we had was tiny and we had problem to place our two suitcases. After reading many reviews about the market in... More

Excellent Location, minutes away from Termini Station. There is a street market during day outside the hotel but inside is very safe & clean. We were received by Owner & he showed us the room & made sure we were comfortable.Management is very professional & helpful aswell. We wanted to arrange some tours & Fabio helped us a lot by... This was the last hotel on our two week European excursion and this was by far our favorite hotel. It is very convenient to Termini Station and therefore the metro as well and we were able to tour all the sites with ease. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room as well as the excellent service. We... More

Just returned from 4 nights at this hotel, staying in room 101. Lots of great things about it, but one major downfall... Pluses: -good price (we paid 303 Eur for 4 nights in a double room plus city tax, incl. breakfast) for a decent location, far enough from Termini in a "quiet" street (in terms of traffic, see below), but... Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
