My sister and I were thrilled with our stay here. The location was good, and we felt like it was quiet enough — at least it's on a side street and not the main drag. The complimentary breakfast definitely had enough to offer as well. The best part was the service; the woman at the front desk spoke wonderfully clear... More

Lovely staff, clean room, excellent breakfast, a ten minute walk from the train station, and close to two good restaurants. BUT it is so noisy outside the hotel -- young people in the nearby hotels shouting at each other until the wee hours and worst of all, the Chinese restaurant across the street which buses it's patrons in from other... We stayed at an en-suite room with a very nicely refurbished toilet. Although the beds are quite small, the room itself was very clean, and it is tidied every day. There is wi-fi in the room, but the connection can be weak at times. It is closely located to several mini marts and and it is just a 5 minute... More

We spent 2 nights in mid-March at Papa Germano in Rome and we were exceedingly - and nicely - surprised: for a 2 star hotel at a very low price in Rome we received a nice convenient bedroom and bathroom - all renewed, very clean. The heating was on full strength - we even had to turn it down. There... More

Conveniently located for trains, metro and buses. Rooms are clean and spacious and the bathrooms are well appointed. The staff are friendly and very friendly and helpful. The only problem is that the hotel is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as there is no lift and several flights of stairs to reach the rooms.

We had to leave Hotel Accademia (good) because it was full. I booked this place at 11pm through expedia payment received confirmation in hand. So after a 1.5 KM hike to PG the hotel clerk asked me three times my name I finally give her my passport she informs me my booking is cancelled and produces two pages of a... More

The rooms are definitely not soundproofed. I just spent four nights there at the end of a France/Italy trip with my husband. Every morning we were woken up by people in the hallways and doors slamming. The staff is really nice, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the showers were the biggest of any place we stayed in Europe.... More

When in Rome, all you need is a quiet and comfortable place to sleep. This is what this hotel can offer you. The only downside to it is the minimal bathroom facilities as one is barely able to fit in properly. With regards to the breakfast, there was a very nice spread of cereal, yogurt, juice, fresh fruit and cold... More

The hotel was completely unwilling to shift our reservation one day due to inclement weather. They held so tightly to their 3 day cancellation policy that they lost my business altogether. My intention was to shift our reservation and still give them our business, but because they refused to bend their policy, I cancelled my entire reservation. Let me explain...I... More

Great location; near Termini train station and bus transfer center and Metro stations. Nice restaurant options in the neighborhood. One block to supermercato and a daily outdoor market. Clean, modern rooms. Staff is friendly and very helpful. In my four nights in a shared bath room, there were some clueless guests who kept leaving the bathroom door closed after they... More
