It was a great stay in Rome thanks to Gianpaolo. The room is very spacious, clean and has an amazing balcony with the view to Rome. Colosseum is at walking distance. The street has a local supermarket and great selection of cafes to start the morning. Highly recommended.

Absolutely terrible! Cannot really class this as a bed and breakfast at all. You basically get one room in a dingy, disgusting block of flats in a run down area. If you are from England, think council estate in Peckham for an idea of what I mean. You have to share a bathroom and to get to this you have... More

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights a few weeks back and paid a good price. We were sent helpful directions on how to get there from fiumicino airport, but were asked to phone the b&b in arrival. We couldn't get through to the number so were worried that nobody would be there to welcome us. But we found... More

The place is very central, very close to the Metro (Re di Roma), furthermore a bus closeby, n.87 connects this place directly with the most relevant locations in the centre (piazza Argentina), but, of course the bus is only an option when there is no traffic. Giampaolo is very kind and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, the view... More

They have 2 rooms with 1 shared bathroom. Location is OK, close to Re Di Roma station. Our room was clean, and pretty basic. There is a balcony where you can see central Rome from. Owner was really helpful, informative and accomodating.

We stayed here for 4 nights in mid September and payed around £60 a night for the two of us. Room was fantastic and spacious and the bathroom was very clean. However the room was rather warm and we had to have the fan facing the bed to keep cool all evening. The bathroom is shared with a second room,... More

We stayed here for 5nights and it was a lovely big, clean room we got. We knew we were sharing a bathroom and other than our first morning because we had a longer lie that day we never had any problems with getting into the bathroom! We had a shared balcony but this hotel is on the 8th floor with... More

We stayed here in June 2012 and we pleased with the location being very easy to find. The BnB is located in a residential apartment building which was fine ad te host we met was friendly and helpful. If you book through lastminute.com you don't get breakfast, just a bed. The rooms are fine, there is a double bed and... More

We had just two nights here and can only confirm all other comments on this site. The room was very clean, a good size with brilliant views across Rome. Sharing a bathroom was not an issue as we hardly saw the other people staying there. Easy to get to from the airport via train, the Metro is just a two... More

Myself and my girlfriend spent 3 nights here while visiting Rome. The b&b is easy enough to find from the Leonardo Di Vinci train into the city. Staff were very helpful and couldn't do more for us. Its a five minute walk down a busy, vibrant boulevard to the train station and just a few stops to Colosseum and all... More
