First things first, dont be put off by the street or the entrance to the hotel. We were worried when the taxi driver didn't know the street and had a bit of trouble finding it, the reason being it's a pretty narrow, quiet street just off via veneto. This is a very cute boutique hotel in a fantastic location near the Spanish Steps... and good price as well. The reception staff were amazing and would go to great lengths to help in anyway including looking up train/bus timetables and directions. I have yet to come across reception staff as helpful as Dario etc. Free wi-fi was appreciated as is the humour of the hotel owners. On the negative side, noise is a bit of an issue. If people leave or arrive on your floor, you will more than likely wake up. Room decoration was a tad too austere as well.... more

Very helpful staff in a great location - within walking distance of all main attractions. Breakfast good and all requests dealt with promptly. Our room was on the small side but clean with very comfortable beds. We faced the small street but it was very quiet. The shower was a little compact but worked well.
