Had a delightful 5 day visit to Rome to see friends. From my various travels and being a walking sightseeing person, I mostly prefer central hotels with easy access from and too the airport. This hotel was perfect , a small quiet street up Piazza Barberini (2ncd stop from Termimi station) close to all the attractions, restaurants. The cost from... More

Stayed here on the recommendation of friends and was very pleased with the hotel. It's a tiny place, but extremely clean and nicely designed in its compactness; well located, but on a quiet street; the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We'd definitely stay here again!

Small private hotel, charming and intimate. On a quiet narrow street climbing up from Piazza Barberini towards Villa Borghese, short walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, just a perfect place for a Roman holiday. The hotel owner is a writer, do pick up his book “Walkin’ Rome” from the reception to discover unknown yet romantic and curious places... More

Fairly central hotel. Very clean, nice rooms, buffet breakfast excellent for small hotel. A bit of a hike to the main sights of Rome but would definitely stay there again. The room had a nice balcony overlooking a quiet central courtyard.

This small hotel in Rome was just perfect for our stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with friends. The hotel staff are very friendly and go out of there way to make suggestions on where to eat and attractions to see. We loved the little courtyard where we sat and had a relax and a vino after sightseeing... More

-The hotel policies to required (blackmailing customers) to give them our credit card so to be able to charges us, as they think, for any costs. Although we had prepay the full amount. -Without first aid kit when we need it. -Breakfast medium, without meets with the photos of the hotel. -The rooms was very small and without WiFi as... More

I am sorry that you have not enjoyed the stay even if we tried to do our best, in fact, I remember that Marco & Giulia, the owners, made to you a gift of a good bottle of sparkling wine in your room as welcome. Anyway thank you for pointing out the good location of our hotel. I need to... More

Choosing the same hotel to stay in Rome for the eighth year running must mean something is great about that hotel. The location, cleanliness, comfort and breakfast are truly first class. The staff, from the front desk to the dining area, are the brightest gem in this lovely, small hotel. They are genuinely warm, friendly and welcoming, making us feel... More

My entire family stayed here for our vacation. Very clean and upscale hotel. Friendly staff and near everything. You can easily walk to all sites to enjoy great dining and food. We found the hotel to be very accommodating to Americans and helpful in all ways. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful, helpful people. Location was very good. Near Spanish Steps. Walking distance to much. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Only recommendation is eat dinner elsewhere. There are lots of restaurants within a short walking distance.

Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
