To start with nobody say "hi" when you arrive when you finally get the attention of one of the 4 member of staff at the reception they keep you waiting for some minutes.... then eventually start your check in when his colleague turn is back to you (Lovely 4 star welcoming). I get my keys... but nobody mention where is... More

Dear Guest, we regret to learn that your stay was not up to your expectation from the very beginning. Our hotel is very big and very "dislocated" so I understand that sometimes the guest could feel lost without the proper explanation on the service we offer. The only thing we can say is SORRY, we will make treasure of your... More

Our room was pre-paid in advance by travel agency but hotel was not adble to find our reservation (told that it was cancelled) and took cash money for the room in order to proceed with check-in and provide accommodation. Hotel staff from reception work is NOT proffesional, demaging our relations with travel agency. (14-15/11/2015)

Place, location and food is ok! However, hospitality and basic customer service doesn't exist. Not again on this Hotel! Totally needs a big wake-up call on service side of hotel industry. Or its maybe because of culture that hospitality doesn't exist?

I stayed in the hotel for a three day business trip to Rome. The room was very spacious but most of all I enjoyed the air conditioning. Outside it was close to 40 degrees Celsius! The breakfast was a bit too much on the sweet side for my taste, but since there was a great gym in the hotel I... More

We stayed here with our tour group. The hotel is not close to the city center. However, the room here was the biggest room among the 8 hotels in which we stayed around Europe, which for us was a plus since we had enough space for our suitcases and enough place to not bump into each other while walking in... We used this hotel, conveniently located in Eur area of Rome, when we had visitors from USA. The hotel is below expectations and do not deserve its stars rating. Rooms are old, with furniture not renovated since decades, air conditioning works badly and restaurant is also not presentable to international customers. We will not come back

Good comfort, clean, good breakfast. Staff is kind and nice (a bit less in the pizzeria next to the hotel). Negative points: position (a bit far from the center - especially if you are a tourist); wi-fi system (I had many problems to connect android device, and it wasn't stable on a Windows laptop).

The location of the hotel makes this place unsuitable for tourists who want to enjoy the historic sights. It's located near the business/banking district which was deserted during the weekend when we stayed. The hotel is very dated, rooms are basic and it felt like it had been closed for the summer when we stayed. The pool is good but... More

If you have booked this, try to get it changed ASAP. We left after one night due to the disgusting and terrible state of the accommodation,e.g. old medicine spoon, hair and drip stains on side table, grubby finger marks around doors, handles etc. Black marks & graffiti on walls, broken tiles and overall extremely dated with poor, chipped furniture. Husband and I were seperated as... More

The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and newer, and the rooms are a good size. Some of the furniture in the rooms looks a bit retro and dated, but it does give the hotel character. There is an outdoor pool to enjoy a refreshing swim during the summer. The staff were friendly and helpful.... More
