Room: ok. A little dark but good bathroom. A bit stuffy. Common areas: small hallway that looks like a museum. Expect to spend your time in your room. Staff does not like to actually see you anywhere else. Wifi: terrible. Impossible to use for more than 20 seconds. You can catch it in the hallway - but then expect dirty... More

Great location being extremely close to the Colosseum and Roman Forums. Helpful staff although English was limited. When we arrived we were given a double room rather than a twin. This was quickly resolved. We were going to miss breakfast the next day but were given a breakfast box. Wifi definitely an issue here. It was very hitty missy and... More

My sister and I recently stayed here for 2 nights. Our original B&B cancelled on us last minute so we were in a bind and luckily found Anne & Mary's! The owners were friendly and helpful, we got the real Italian experience having breakfast and cappuccinos in their kitchen each morning. You are only a couple of blocks from the... More

This B&B is well located. The room was ok and comfortable. They could use some remodeling of the walls (paint) and bed cover. Breakfast was poor and service as well. Wi-fi only works in certain parts of the building. You can't access the kitchen after 11am as the owner and her family occupy that side of the house and close... More

Location was perfect, very close to the Colosseum, metro and lots of lovely ice cream shops! The room was cleaned immaculately every day and we had clean towels every day. The lady at the B & B was lovely and very helpful - helping us to book tickets for the Vatican online to miss the queues, telling us which bus... More

The best thing about this b&b is the location - it is just a few steps from the Colosseum! All the major sights were easily walkable - 30 minutes walk to the Vatican, 10-15 to Trevi Fountain/Spanish Steps/Piazza Navone, 15-20 mins from Termini station. The room was fair sized, nicely decorated and clean, with a large bathroom and wonderful shower.... More

We wanted a cheap, clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay that was within walking distance of all the tourist attractions of Rome. This B @ B did all that. The owner spoke English. Very helpful. they stored our cases on the last day for free. A number of bars and restaurants were in the same street. Opposite was an excellent... More

My husband and i arrived on Monday around 6pm and greeted by a lady called Sylvia, who spoke very good english with a nice italian accent. The room was the first room on the right, decorated in blues, very small and very dark with en-suite. There was plenty of hot water for showering and clean towels each day. we found... More

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the ancient Roman sites. It was walking distance to many of the piazzas and fountains of interest and other venues. Many bars and restaurants in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and spacious for a European bathroom. The price was very reasonable. Breakfast... More

My husband and me stayed at Anne & Mary B&B on the recommendation of a friend and we're very happy to have discovered it. It's very centrally located on Via Cavour, which is not far from Station Termini and very close to the Colosseum. The cab ride from the station cost us roughly 8 euros with luggage. This is truly...
