4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW via mobile

Our "superior double room" was nicely furnished and styled. There was a flat-scree TV that seemed to offer only a chice of italian TV stations, nothing international there. The bath room didn't offer anything for putting our toothbrushes in. It actually had practically no space at all to put anything anywhere. The shower was nice, though. The breakfast buffet offered... So when we checked in we were meet with polite staff that we found very helpful. We booked a double room and was given a room on the first floor. Unfortunately this room was very very small and we were forced to ask for a different room. I spoke to the lady at reception and she asked us to wait... More

Wonderful Ladies & gents at the reception. Karla & Luisa were most helpful & created a good rapport from the get go. Rooms are clean but kind of small (probably due to having to work with existing infrastructure of the old architecture) but none the less not an issue. Breakfast was awesome with friendly staff to greet you. Location of... More

Picked based on prior reviews and their photographs but was certainly left wanting. In terms of location it is quite good. It's close to the train station and metro, but 30mins walk to the main attractions of Rome. Perhaps our expectations of all other 4 star hotels may have a slight influence, but even so, the room we were given... More

A few minutes walk to Roma Termini in a quiet area. Modern clean room with toilet amenities, hotel room safe, TV, good air-conditioning, free wi-fi and free breakfast. Hotel staff very friendly. We were provided a room with small balcony on a courtyard side. Small but of very good standard. Cozy reception. Would love to stay there again. Highly recommended.

I'm confused by the numerous reviews of this hotel saying how excellent it is. I stayed here for 4 days in August 2014 and found it to be distinctly average, more akin to a B&B than a "4 star" hotel. Our room, the hotels facilities and breakfast were ok but all lacked quality. The eggs and bacon were never really... More

This hotel is an excellent place to stay in Rom minute walk Termini station. The room we were assigned to was room 305 it comes with a small balconey that overlooks a small courtyard in a typical Roman atmosphere. The room was super clean and tidy. The bathroom was also clean. Breakfast was "good" at best. It lacked variety somewhat... More

We felt immediately at home in this small but beautiful hotel. All of the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful with a fine sense of humour and joy (you are on holiday after all !). Reception is open 24/7. Location is on walking distance from Termini train/tram/bus station in a quiet neighbourhood. Ideally situated to start your discovery of Rome.... More

I recently stayed at the Hotel Alpi for 1 night during a lengthy business trip. My local office organized the reservation primarily because the office is directly across a small park from the hotel. Until now, I've only been to Rome for vacations and a wedding and tended to stay at places like the Excelsior. The location near the train... More

We loved this Hotel. My daughter had stayed here 2 years ago and she recommended it to us. The location is great; the room was great; and the breakfast buffet is probably the best I've ever had. Also, the morning coffee is as good as it gets....after all, we were in Italy. Balcony was amazing to sip some wine and... More
