Friendly staff, good service, handy to rail, bus, walking to sites, restaurants, supermarkets. Received a complimentary bottle of sparkling to celebrate my 60th birthday which arrived in an ice bucket with extra glasses for my sisters and husbands.

A great little gem close to Termini station. Alpi is a quiet and calm environment- a welcome retreat at the end of the day with the craziness and busyness that is Rome. Breakfast fantastic with staff who are very accommodating, seating you and bringing fresh coffee/tea. Room and beds comfortable with lovely linen and well appointed bathrooms. Great little courtyard... More

Alpi hotel is close to Termini station (central station) so access via different transport options is fairly easy, just watch for pickpocketing, they picked my wife's wallet and luckily dropped it intact as we noticed right away. The room was nice modern deco, spacious enough for European standards. The restaurant for breakfast could get a bit crowded but for my... More

Stayed in this hotel for a long weekend with a friend. Staff extremely unhelpful, I asked for some help at the front desk with ordering a taxi for the airport the following morning, I gave the front desk receptionist the taxi no. and asked if he could call it as he could speak Italian and I thought it would be... The staff were all very welcoming and polite. Rooms a bit on the small side but as there is so much to see and do in Rome we used it only as a base and they were very clean. Toiletries replaced daily in the rooms too. Breakfast was fab, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bread, cereals, toast and endless tea and... More

I have spent quite many nights in Italy and the hotel standard is either old styled luxury or a room interior from late eighties, nighties or super modern but not designed. This hotel is calm with a relaxed atmosphere. Newley renovated with designed stairs, rooms in a classic style without gold, rococo, etc. it's not fancy. Like a good hotel... More

We stayed at Hotel Alpi for three nights. It's really beautifully decorated and presented and is very clean. Our room was nice, if maybe a little small, but we had asked for a room with a balcony which we got and that made up for the size of the bedroom. The bathroom was big and the fittings modern and of... More

The Hotel Alpi room and staff, especially the day manager, Christian, were excellent. Morning coffee brought to order to the table was a welcome change from the "vending machines" at the disgusting Hotel Delle Nazioni (our first night in Rome before we changed to Hotel Alpi). Christian was kind enough to recommend and call ahead to a restaurant, and the... More

We've been there for 4 nights, and we've had a wonderful time! All the staff were very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was fine and our room was very clean. We will miss the Italian hospitality for sure. If we return to Rome, we won't hesitate to book again in Alpi ! Thumbs up!!

If you need to be central and particularly near Termini this is the perfect choice. Beautiful property. Amazingly friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. We were a family of 4. Room was perfect. Good value too.
