This hotel is well located being about halfway between the Vatican and the huge park Villa Borghese. Both are walkable although the metro stop Lepanto is on the corner and can really help with these and other locations. Rooms follow on from the reception being classy and quite plush. The only drawback is the lack of in-room tea/coffee making facilities.... more

We stayed in Hotel Farnese with all our family 3 days in the end of August and enjoyed from its location in quiet Prati (5 minutes walk from Lepanto Metro and 15 minutes from Piazza Spagna and Vatican Museums), great breakfast, free parking, and very attentive service always giving with helpful maps correct descriptions, advices , and recommendaions. more
