Spent 7 nights there in May. Very nice, very clean rooms, modern with an old world touch. Great staff. Very good Breakfast in view roof top room. Great location 1 block from Lepanto Metro stop. Lot's of nice, non-tourist restaurants nearby as this is primarily an upscale residential area in Prati. Highly recommend it.

Great location within walking distance to all major sights within Rome and also one block from a Metro station. Our room was a good size with a couple of chairs, desk and two twin beds pushed together. The front desk went out of the way on several occasions to help us during our stay (directions, reservations, bottle opener).

Stayed during the Papal transition when so many places in the city were booked up. I was there for business and I found the room to be nice, clean, and a good size (other than the shower which was tiny). Very reliable internet connection. It's in a more residential neighborhood so you get local (better) restaurants rather than the ones... More

What more can I say, pleasant, friendly, helpful and what a great breakfast prepared perfectly. They even went out of their way to prepare us a breakfast when we had an early morning tour. Just when I thought that things could get any better; open my door to take luggage to reception and a staff member was there to help... More

We stayed 4 nights in May and were very well looked after. Slightly old fashioned, but charming place. Good size room, with traditional italian style decor. Everything worked well including plumbing! Breakfast on roof terrace - comprehensive buffet with views of St Peters over the roof tops. Helpful staff, who recommended and booked restaurants for us. Sorted out transfers where... More

We originally booked a room at the Best Comfort Reginella in Rome however no one was there to check us in. After waiting for 2 ½ hours we started looking for another place to stay (we were beyond exhausted from our 13 hour flight). We found Hotel Farnese and couldn't have been happier! The woman at the front desk was... More

We had the pleasure of the best room on the hotel's second floor, with its own flower-surrounded balcony and a small table with two chairs overlooking the tree lined street. The bed was firm, the pillows perfect, and the elegant bathroom almost as big as the bedroom. The ladies in the rooftop breakfast room could not be more gracious nor... More

Our hotel stay was simply amazing. Traffic delays pushed our arrival later and later into the night, but even at midnight they were waiting to show us our room and take our bags. The rooms were old-fashioned but spacious enough for our family and very nicely decorated. The rooftop breakfast spread far exceeded our expectations. From the spread, to the... More

Despite a mix up that our travel agent made, after a bit of juggling, we were initially placed in a room downstairs for our first night--fortunately it was along the driveway so it was very quiet and heavenly cool--we arrived in the midst of a heat wave! We had reserved the upstairs supreme rooms but because of our agent's error,... More

"small and lovely" and indeed the public rooms are delightful, the staff are friendly, the breakfast buffet is enticing and the situation is excellent for walking to all the sights. For me, however, as a Northern European there were some surprises. The small rooms, paper thin walls allowing corridors and other bedrooms to be audible with crystal clarity, the tiny... More
