My two daughters and I stayed at Hotel Farnese for two nights in Rome and the accommodations were very nice. The front desk was helpful with arranging our ride to the airport and with any other questions we had. The room was nice and the bathroom was a nice size and very clean. Our favorite part was the beautiful breakfast... More

Stayed 3 days in early May and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived early am and we're able to park our car in a secure driveway alongside the hotel (limited to 3 or 4 cars). We stayed in the junior suite which was well appointed, spacious with an adjoining sitting room and a nice size bathroom. Breakfast was excellent in... More

We stayed here for a week, and enjoyed it immensely. We upgraded to a room with a balcony, and it was wonderful to have that shady spot with pretty plants and flowers to come back to after a long day of touring. Our room was very quiet for sleeping, and we had true control over the room temperature (unlike many... More

A beautiful, quiet and elegant hotel, located not too far from the attractions. The staff went out of the way, specifically Andrea who went an extra mile to assist us in every way possible. I would come back and stay at Hotel Farnese any day. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Farnese. The rooms were elegant, if a little small, but I understand that's pretty standard for so close to downtown Rome. The breakfast was really, really good and so were the staff setting it up in the morning. Breakfast is on the fifth floor with a view of St Peter ' dome in... More

We spent 8 nights here in June and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is in the Prati section of Rome and there is a metro right across the street. I specifically picked this area because I prefer not to be in touristy areas. It's not a far walk though to different sites/neighborhoods. The room was nicely appointed with a full... More

Farnese was a great place to make home base on a 2 day trip to Rome. Other than there not being an iron in the room...and them wanting 7 Euros to iron a shirt, the hotel was clean and lovely. We stayed in the "basement" room. It doesn't look or feel like a basement. No worries. Breakfast was great...get the... More

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, friendly, super clean, air conditioned, quiet hotel. The breakfast was superb. Romantic view of Rome on the terrace at daybreak. Easy access to the center of the city. A quiet neighborhood in this busy city. The staff were amazing. I look forward to returning. You won't regret choosing this hotel.

Stayed here a couple of nights in the first week of June. Easy access to metro stop and surrounding sights. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Offered maps and info about nearby sights (without asking for it) which was appreciated. Breakfast was very good selection, appreciated the fresh squeezed OJ and cappuccino made for me by the friendly women working... More

What is there not to like about Hotel Farnese. It is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist crowds yet the places you want to see are within walking distance. If you need it, the Metro is just down the block. the staff was most accommodating both in providing excellent service and suggesting good restaurants in the area.... More
