In one sentence: with its perfect location and adequate amenities, this two-star hotel couldn't be better suited to seeing the city on a budget. Look and feel: The hotel is situated in an old inner-city building. The interior is old-style classy but worn (mind you, not broken or dirty). The rooms are spacious and have high ceilings. They have attractive... More

We recently stayed here. It was a good hotel. We liked the location (even though not straight forward to get to from the railway station) as well as the rooms and the breakfast. The extra bed in the room was not as good as we had hope for, but when we put the mattress directly on the floor it worked... More

Great location for most of the centre of Rome. Room was basic but very clean. Don't expect a good breakfast choice but enough to get you started in the morning. Like any city centre location if you want to leave your window open on warm evenings you will hear scooters buzzing past your windows all night. That said I would... More

Nothing much to write. stayed 3 nights as it was cheap and we were out most of the day. The rooms are small...but have large windows....no scenery as such and you look out in to thick wall. Very close to a metro stop...and we got around to most places walking. Breakfast ok. Polite Reception staff .

I struggled between giving two or three stars for my experience at this hotel. In the end, this is a 2 star hotel and it doesnt claim to be anything else, so I landed on an average ratng of 3 stars. PROS: As the other reviews mention, it is in a perfect location; very central to all the sights and... More

Our room was very clean and felt very secure. This is not a luxury hotel nor is it very large - but if you don't plan to waste too much time in your room, this hotel is perfect. The location is amazing, walking distance to all the major sites in Rome and easy access to public transportation. The staff were... More

Location couldn't have been better, within walking distance to all the main sites. We didn't use any public transport but do remember to take comfy shoes. Hotel was better than we expected, help was offered to carry bags upstairs, breakfast was reasonable (nice crossiants) and room was average 2 star (quite small and decor a little aged). I would definitely... More

Location, location, location. Easy access to main attractions even on foot. Average rooms, rather small. Breakfast - just bread, jam and coffee. No elevator - difficult to carry luggage to upper floors. Place quiet for sleep.

Location is excellent. You can walk to most of the tourist attractions. Great selection of good eating places around. The staff is friendly. The room was excellent for the money - large room (in fact two rooms) with one double bed and two single beds was given to us as a double room. Very clean, the furniture was a bit... More

I am usually a positive, chirpy person... Not in the practice of berating hotels/people in general. But there isn't really a silver lining to this REALLY DARK CLOUD. This hotel, by far, has been the VERY WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! And yes, I have been fortunate enough to have travelled all over the world. SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC.... More
