Wonderful little B and B at the top of the Spanish Steps, fabulous location! Walk down the steps and you are at the best shopping area Via condotti, restaurant, everything you might desire. The staff was friendly and warm, and we are returning this summer, wonderful breakfast and people to meet.

Stayed at this gorgeous boutique hotel for three nights recently. We booked the Panoramic suite; one of a few rooms in the newly renovated block of apartments next door to the main hotel. Large private outdoor terrace with breath taking view across Rome - unbelievable. Quiet and safe area, ultra convenient to walk to Spanish steps, Piazza Barberini, Via Veneto.... More

Best location in Rome, on a quiet corner at the top of The Spanish Steps! Breakfast 1st class selection, fresh fruit salad, meats, cheeses, eggs, bacon, cereal, juices, breads & cakes along with stunning views of the city! Will definitely be back!

Our bed was very comfortable and roomy after a series of stays in other towns on twin beds. What a pleasure! I agree with another reviewer about the A/C being hard to control in the room. Seemed like it was either full on or completely off. Other than that, we had no complaints. Loved the breakfast room/terrace. Free wifi throughout.... More

Quaint, boutique hotel right at the top of the Spanish Steps. Great location for Rome. The staff was very helpful and very nice. The AC was good. The rooms were very nice and big enough for two. Breakfast was excellent as well. I thought we got great value here.

You cant beat the location in Rome, at the top of the spanish steps. If you are in ROme to shope, the exclusive shops are all within minutes. Even the less expensive shopping and mid range shopping across the river is a 15 minute walk. The rooms are large by european standards and very crisp and clean. The staff is... More

I stayed here as my usual Hotel was fully booked. Would I return, no!!! I am a solo traveller and expected to be in the main hotel, I was accommodated in the Annex which is around the corner in a building occupied by others - the Annex is on the second floor. I did not feel safe or secure, particularly... More

Have just checked out of this hotel feeling very pleased. The room was small (but we knew that when we booked), spotlessly clean and well furnished. Well placed at the top of the Spanish steps there is a taxi rank outside the front door that is very handy. The staff are very helpful and nothing is ever to much trouble.

The staff could not have been friendlier. Fantastic central location. Clean comfortable and exceptionally accommodating. The room was small but light airy and comfortable. I would recommend. The roof terrace was a real bonus, with help yourself free coffee and tea at anytime. The in room fridge has free soft drinks and water.

This was a great start to our trip in Italy! What a great location - easy to walk to places and convenient to the metro. The staff was very helpful. We arrived a couple of hours before official checkin and we were able to leave our bags there. We received great local restaurant recommendations. The rooms are a bit small,... More

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
