This is a nice hotel in a great location two blocks away from Pantheon. I have been here before, and decided to come back, The rooms are adequate and clean, the free Wi-Fi works well. The breakfast is included and is quite good. All in all, nothing great, but a small convenient hotel where all works well.

I have stayed here twice, once as part of a group (Sept 2013) and again last year visiting independently with my husband. I'm sure there are more elegant places, and certainly more expensive ones; but I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. I have only had good experiences with quality of room, standard of cleanliness, and helpfulness of staff.... More

The hotel is in a great location behind the Pantheon. So, you are very close the the activities in the piazza, BUT you are located on a quiet street far enough away from the noise. We had a 5 person suite which was awesome b/c it had two bedrooms, plus a living area and it easily slept all 5 people.... More

Just behind the Pantheon, but in a quiet street, this hotel offers everything you could need during a few days in Rome. It's got a great location, a nice, helpful staff. The breakfast was not the best I've ever eaten, but it was ok. The room was clean and comfortable. A very nice hotel, really, and not too expensive.

The desk staff and Fredrica went out of there way to be helpful to us. We arrive without luggage and they really worked to help us navigate the airline maze. Our room was not large but quite comfortable. The location near the Parthenon made walking everywhere we wanted to go quite easy. We arrived on a holiday so it was... More

The location just steps from the Pantheon can't be beat. From our hotel we walked everywhere and our meanderings were an essential part of the entire Rome experience. The rooms are adequate: small, clean and well maintained. The staff was mostly helpful, especially Willy and the desk staff during the evenings. They really tried to help us with various challenges.

Our family of 4 stayed at the Albergo Santa Chiara two weeks ago. Our accomodations were excellent and the hotel exceeded our expectations. It seems that there are many reviews for this hotel's location and they are so right on! The hotel is in the midst of the historic area of Rome and the Pantheon is literally one street away.... My husband, myself and our four adult children stayed here for 4 nights. We had booked one double and one quad room. The quad room was so quaint with two separate rooms with wood beamed ceilings. The staff was so kind to upgrade my husband and I to an apartment with a large living room, luxourious bath and walk in... More

This is a family owned hotel that are also active in the management and you can see this immediately. The location can not be better, the Pantheon is only one hundred yards away. The rooms are nice and extremely clean . There is not a negative thing you can say about this place.

This was our fourth stay at the Santa Chiara, and we cannot imagine staying elsewhere in Rome. Lovely accommodations (in our favorite room, luckily), excellent breakfast, great location (most of Rome is walkable from there), professional and friendly staff (especially Federica, who knows everything worth knowing about visiting Rome). I can't say enough nice things about this hotel and look... More
