The only good thing about this place is its location. Being in close proximity to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Campo di Fiori and Piazza Navona, surrounded by palatial buidlings and narrow street, it couldn't have been more ideal for simply walking around to all the places and getting lost, soaking in the atmosphere. The hotel itself is mediocre though. The... More

Good beds, good size on the rooms. Clean, nice sheets. The location is great! The breakfast is okey. I only stayed here for two nights, but I can absolutely recommend this hotel, and if I ever go back I will stay here.

It was a quite interesting holiday. We stayed at this hotel and we had everything we wanted. The atmosphere was smart and all the staff was polite and kind. Breakfast is very tasty and you can enjoy different types of food. I would recommend it to anyone

This was our first trip to Rome so finding a hotel that would be in good price, convinient /central location but quiet and clean was a must. Albergo Santa Chiara hotel was a great choice for us for the following reasons: - convinient /central location. In a quiet street behind Pantheon, next to two taxi stands (next to pantheon and... Because of a recommendation in Foder's travel book we stayed at this hotel while in Rome. It was one block from the Pantheon, where we went every evening to people watch, listen to music and eat a meal or gelato. Our room overlooked a piazzo with a basilica and we enjoyed watching what was going on outside when we were... More

In have been staying at this hotel for many years. What i like is the management, the personnel and the location. If you are looking for a place with the latest gym equipment you are on the wrong place, if instead you like a place quite, a few yards from the center of Roma this is the place.

Perfect location with this hotel! The Pantheon was just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. To other sites (Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Forum, Colesseum, Palentine Hill, and Vatican City) a walk from the hotel ranged from ten to twenty to twenty-five minutes. Taxis were very accessible, too, if needed. Room: We stayed on the third floor facing the... More

Staying in Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori

Neighborhood Profile
Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighborhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. There is no rhyme or reason to its winding streets and there's something to see around every corner, so take pleasure in a spontaneous wander.
