I cannot speak on the price of this hotel since I stayed here for three days over the summer with an excursion from my college. We were about 50 students and the hotel was able to accommodate all of us. The room was very clean and had air conditioning (not always a thing in Rome), the beds were comfortable and... More

50 m next to „Campo dei Fiori“ in the middle of the city , where once Giordano Bruno has been burned for heresy contesting major catholic doctrines like „Transsubstantiation“ and proposing a kind of pantheism and cosmic pluralism, you find an inconspicuous entrance to a hotel uncovering its values at a further glance. The friendly yet discrete receptionist leads you... More

This good value hotel is located close to Campo de Fiori and only a short walk from Piazza Navona. It is well located for those who are prepared to walk to the many attractions that Rome has to offer. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

This hotel is not luxury, but it was very clean and in a great location. You are in the heart of Campo de Fiori with many restaurants in walking distance and very close to bridges that go over to Testavere. The hotel arranged for Pietro to pick us up from the airport, and he was so helpful throughout our stay.... More

First time in Rome as a couple of tourists from new zealand. Very nicely located in old district and walkable to most main attractions. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Accommodation clean and tidy for such an old unique building. Better than I expected and close to good restaurants and bars. Thanks

I was given a double room facing a pretty courtyard, it was clean and well located. However the courtyard was occupied during the day by shouting teenagers, in the afternnon by smoking staff and later (untill 1.00 a.m. the next morning) by drunken middle aged hotel guests. If I opened the shutter these groups looked at me on my bed,... More

This was a perfect place for relaxing in between all the sightseeing. The location, right next to Campo di Fiori was fantastic! Many sights, such as Pantheon, Forum, Colosseum, Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi,Trastevere, the Vatican etc was within walking distance. The room was cute and had a nice view of the backyard. It was quiet and clean. The roof... More

This hotel has a perfect location if you want to spend a few days in Rome to visit the sights and enjoy great food. The hotel is just off Campo di Fiori with multiple restaurants and a daily market. If you're looking for luxuary or have any physical problems with stairs this is not a place for you. There is... More

Thank you for your review. Fortunately, the hotel is situated in the oldest part of Rome (it is the oldest hotel in the city) and so it is extremely difficult to make it easier. A series of prohibitions makes this task even more complex . We are exploring ways to work around this problem. The simplicity and cleanliness are the... More

We love the Albergo Del Sole! They offer clean rooms, friendly and helpful service and are located in a PRIME location off the Campo de Fiori. The beauty is that they do NOT serve breakfast and you get to go to the Campo to shop for fresh food not only from the daily fruit and vegetable market, but from the... More

My family and I stayed one night at this hotel after an overnight flight. It was a bit of a pain to lug our suitcases up the stairs to the check in desk, but everywhere you go in Rome will be like that. The staff was friendly and spoke good English. Our room was spacious and clean- one queen and... More

Staying in Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori

Neighborhood Profile
Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighborhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. There is no rhyme or reason to its winding streets and there's something to see around every corner, so take pleasure in a spontaneous wander.
