My wife and I loved this little hotel. We were in room 205 and had one window that looked to the piazza and the other to the panthenon. To me this alone was worth price. If you love looking out your window to see iconic and historic buildings on your vacation, stay here! The rooms were newly renovated and nice.... More

To get out of your cab and see the Pantheon is breathtaking. This hotel is directly across the Piazza from the Pantheon and you can book "Pantheon View". Our room was very clean and new. We had one of the smaller rooms in the hotel, but didn't spend much time there, so it was fine. The staff is very friendly... More

We stayed here 10 years ago and found Hotel Abruzzi to be great value for the location. It is directly across from the Pantheon which means that daily there are groups of visitors standing in the way of the door, but once inside it's a private quiet haven. This year we actually stayed in their annex with what we called... More

We arrived with our rental car and found ourselves in the middle of a beautiful Piazza with Pantheon on one side and the hotel just across from it! It was quite hellish to get to the hotel by car (which in all fairness, we have been warned about by the staff in our earlier conversation)...So, to begin with, if you... More

To start with the positives, or should I say positive....location, location, location. That was about it. Now the remainder of the experience was terrible. When we first arrived, we were told our room was back outside and around the corner in at an unmarked door. The bellman walked us over there and we were greeted with trash in the entryway... More

We stayed at Hotel Abruzzi for 4 nights last week. The view of the Pantheon and square below are breathtaking! I would just sit at the window and watch the crowd. The location is excellent because there are several places to eat within walking distance and nearby pharmacies and supermarkets for anything you need. We had no trouble walking to... More

Stayed in Albergo Abruzzi for 3 nights, it is opposite of the Pantheon so as you can guess it is very central and most rooms will have a stunning view over the Piazza and the Pantheon. We stayed on the suite which seems to just have been renovated, so it was all very modern and nice. The rest of the... More

Booked this hotel for the location, we could walk to all sites. Got upgraded to a suite, lovely thank you. Our view of the Pantheon was breath taking. People on desk were helpful and polite. Break fast was at another hotel close by, not brilliant but I suppose good enough.

So we stayed at Abruzzi twice in April. We choice Abruzzi due to the location, our daughter was living across the street. We stayed one night while waiting for our other daughter to meet us, in a room looking out at the Piazza. We were worried that it would be loud because we could hear all the music below and... More

A lovely hotel located in Piazza delle Rotunda with the Pantheon directly opposite, many rooms look out to the Pantheon. This hotel has friendly efficient staff. The hotel is clean, has free internet connection, air conditioning and a fantastic buffet breakfast is included in the price. The rooms have been redecorated since our last visit, from a traditional Italian feel... More
