We stayed 2 nights at Appia Holiday B&B in June 2014 (my first visit to Rome). Warm welcome and very friendly staff, made us feel at home. The room was clean, large, comfortable beds and very calm. The metro station Furio Camillo is just beside so easy to go into the city centre. The Breakfast was great, italian style. We... More

Stayed here on April 2013 for 4 nights with my partner on our first visit to Rome. Although not located in the city centre, it only took us a one minute walk from the nearest metro stop (Furio Camillo) which would take us to the very heart of the city in 10 minutes. The surrounding area is very local with... More

Clean, "elegant looking" but simple B&B. You've got the Metro stop Furio Camillo just beside the house and it's easy to go into the city centre. The area is lively but perhaps not so touristy! Good Wi-fi, comfortable beds, quiet, good Air conditioner. Nice staff! The hostess made us breakfast in the morning.

In my opinion this place has only advantages: 1. Perfect location: it's not in the noisy area of Rome an it's not far away from city centre. When you leave the building you have only 2 minutes walking to the nearest metro station. To the Vatican it's about 15 minutes by metro. There is also a big grocery store on... More

Sensational position as out of tourist Rome but on metro line and easy access to everything you want. The friendliest hosts supply amazing rooms with everything you could want. An amazing place to stay if you want an eventful and genuine trip to Rome. Alessandro and Patrizia, I, loved it and can't wait to come back again! Thank you and... More

As my title implies: clean rooms, quiet building (even with the busy road), comfortable beds, friendly staff, in a non-touristy area. Very welcoming feeling in a perfect location. We headed out across the nearby park, to the Appian Antiqua twice and both times took about 30 minutes. I agree with the previous reviews "best choice in Rome" says Soteropaulistana. Nina... More

Appia Holiday B&B is the best place to stay in Rome. The location is perfectly convenient (area with several facilities) 2 min walking from the metro station "Furio Camillo", very well connected to line A and B to reach the historic center and main touristic points of Rome. The room was clean, very comfortable, air-conditioned, with fast wireless internet connection... More

We stayed at this B&B in early September of 2012, visiting from London. The rooms are on the 8th floor of a very well maintained building. On arrival, a nice touch: we found complimentary snacks in the room, together with a bottle of Prosecco. The room was large by European standards, comfortable, air-conditioned (with remote control), and very quiet. There... More

We stayed two nights at Appia Holiday B&B, booking two rooms. The location is convenient, two blocks from the Metro station. Grocery, gelato, and restaurants/bakeries all within a few block radius. The rooms are bright, modern, and very comfortable. Fast internet connection, instant hot water, and air conditioning. The breakfast is hearty and delicious, with made to order eggs, Italian... More
