The staff was very rude. Everyone we met was not helpful. The rooms were not very clean and they did not change the sheets at all, they only made up a dirty bed. the exception was the bathroom which was clean, but cramped. the rooms were small. and the entire hotel is very noisy, so expect to be woken up... more

Rude staff. Both normal TV and satellite TV services were advertised, yet you have to pay extra for this if you want it! Our room stunk of faeces and the curtains were broken. The pillows were paper thin and the shower was not large enough to fit a small child. more

Shocking. I have never experienced such rude and unhelpful service in any event in my life. The fridge was broken, the A/C was broken, the dryer in the bathroom was broken and the shower was so small i had to wash my armpits standing outside it.
