Needed a hotel in Rome between two flights. The price was good, the location close to Termini station perfect. The staff nice and helpful. The room a little bit small but I think that for the price and location it was good. For a night or two I would recommend it, for more...not so sure. I forgot to mention a... More

I do agree with above comment. I have bad experience here. Compare with the hotel standard, it actually the same with some hotel in Europe but the price is higher - this could be understand since it might expensive due to country living standard, but the service is totally poor: - When I was at my room, someone had open... We choose by its location, and we didn't mind so much about the space, but the truth, the room is super small Furniture facility accepted except they don't have kettle inside the room. I have called to room service to borrow one, I need to make some tea and coffee, but they said I need to go down to the... More

Be ware the hotel is quick to pull the "no show" on you upon late arrival. In addition I was denied using their phone to make new arrangements, also they refused to receive my lost luggage the next day as I was not a guest at their hotel. If deciding to stay the one night, only cash payment was accepted.... More

Do not be fooled by hotel's close location to Termini station. The hotel is a bug-infested slum claiming to be 4-STAR when it does not even have a lock on a bathroom door! Rooms are small and facing either a loud thoroughfare or a parking lot frequented by drunks and drug addicts who stay there until 5 AM screaming and... More

Dear Customer, I really apologize if you didn't find a good time, during your stay at Aphrodite Hotel. Unfortunately the parking lot you're talking about, belongs to the main railway station Termini, which is facing our hotel, and there's nothing we can do to avoid that homeless or drunk people spend their time in that place; the important thing, is... I booked on Priceline using name your own price. This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel but is, in fact, a 2 star hotel at best. For example: Only 1 person is on staff at the hotel and unable to accommodate a request, at 4pm in the afternoon, for an additional sheet and blanket. There one staff available... More

We arrived at the Termini Station on a T.A.M. bus from the Fiumicino Airport. It stops on the opposite side of the station from the hotel, so it’s a few minute walk through the station to the other side. Once outside, turn right, walk 50 metres and cross the road. It’s currently having a face-lift so we couldn’t see the... More

We stayed for just two nights at Aphrodite. The location is great (right across the road from the Termini station) but that does mean there is a lot of street noise (I know, it's Rome!). Our room was a corner room with massive windows in the bathroom that let the cold and the noise in. The bed was also pretty... More

Now we returned from Rome, and stayed at the hotel for four days. the location is excellent, right in front of Termini Station, there are restaurants near by, place great sandwiches prepared, supermarket, buses and metro station. The rooms are very clean and the standard of cleanliness very clean daily. The food in the dining room, delicious, has fresh fruits,... More
