A bit (a bit) out of the touristic center but area is well served with transport. Double room of adequate size for Rome, nothing special but nice and with all necessary stuff. Breakfast was disappointing, don't wait more than just coffee and a croissant (those were ok though). Nice pizzeria just next to the hotel, Rinascente department store is very... more

This is a nice small hotel, but if you're really looking for a hotel in the heart of the city - you'll be a little disappointed. As pointed before - cleaning lady doesn't bother about making bed or changing the sheets, but anyway - it's a nice place and nice stuff is working there. And...if you want to eat good... more

Kent Hotel is located right next to the Ocean Drive. Great customer service. Nice room size for 2 people. TV, radio, DVD player and even some CDs are included in the room. You get what you need for a nice weekend stay. I especially loved the purple walls!! more

We stayed at that hotel for about 5 days! It looks like a very clean hotel with very clean rooms, and with clean little bathrooms, but the clean lady did not change the bedsheats everyday. I had to mention that to the reception in order to have new bedsheats. Also the cleanlady throw away some plastic things of the contact... more

The hotel is a 10 min walk from the nearest metro stop, but there are buses you can take if you have heavy bags. Quite centrally located though, and is in a quiet street. The room and bathroom were very clean and admittedly they were small, but this is absolutely fine if you just want to use the place as... more

Be warned there are a few steps up to the reception. There is a really friendly receptionist who told us exactly where to find all the sights and which buses to catch. Breakfast was simple with only toast, crispbreads and jams and chocolate spread but with lovely pots coffee. We had the room right next to reception which was a... more

I stayed here as part of a honeymoon trip through Italy. Our criteria for selecting hotels was budget, cleanliness and accessibity of attractions etc. This didn't disappoint. We arrived by train into termini station and walked to the Hotel which took about 20 mins.(this turned out to be unneccesary as a bus ran direct from station to end of via... more

Very polite staff, clean rooms although small-ish. Good breakfast. Couple of major downsides were that rooms near lift were incredibly noisy and we had to ask that they tried to deter people from using it during the night. Walls are thin and we could hear neighbours in their bathrooms...The advice on a couple of websites that they will arrange transport... more

The Hotel Kent is small but clean. The employees of the hotel were courteous and kind. The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh sheets and towels are provided daily. It is located near transportation and there are some very nice restaurants in the area. The only complaint I have is the rooms are a bit small but liveable. more
