Unfortunately you have to take the property as you find it and for the three days we stayed here the lifts didn't work which meant a climb of 4 flights of stairs at least once a day. Amazing location, in terms of walking it's minutes from the Spanish Steps, 10 mins from Trevi Fountain/Pantheon/Piaza Navona, 25 mins from Vatican, 20 mins to Colosseum. So walkable.
