Hotel is far from the center, but the conection is good (bus 31, metro line A or B).The location is very very peaceful. Food is average, not bad. Room was not very clean, staines on the sheets and mold was on the shower tub. I wouldnt come back.

My worst nightmare...the staff are as a rude as it gets.Spent 3 nights at their residence:apartment 341,with the 1st deciding to try their restaurant. The food was horrible and when I complained they asked why it was only me who had a problem.Am not special but I know when the food sucks. On checking out I had to pay an extra 10€... Hotel was not close to anything. The wifi only allowed 30 people on it at any one time, and when you are sharing with 240 school children - impossible. This hotel is used by school parties, who seem to have total lack of consideration for other hotel guests and can only be described as "animals" in the breakfast buffet, clearing... More

I did not expect much for this hotel. Room was average and balcony was fine but without chairs and table. We thought the room had air conditioning but No, It was heater, so we had a really hot at night. Balcony door did not get locked The hotel was in a quiet area and journey to the center (Vatican) took... More

It was my first time in Rome and this hotel was being recommended by our guide. It was silent and the view was nice. It is located far from the city center. We took a cab to Vatican that cost 21 euro. Unlike other ppl told so the staff was polite. Most of them do not know english, so ask... More

My sister and I were staying for three nights, during New Year's holidays. It was fine, nothing special. Far away from the center(you go by bus 5 stops, then you take metro 6 stops to Colosseum). That is the worst thing about hotel, I would say. The rest is okay, food is okay, Continental breakfast(ham, cheese, eggs, butter, jam, juice,... More

Hotel is far from downtown of Rome, but there is very good connection, by bus to Vatican, and by metro to Coloseo, Termini,....Nice rooms, helpfull stuffs, food is ok, nothing special. Good service and hotel for that money we spend there.

I've never felt the urge to write a hotel review before, but after staying at Parc Hotel Blanc et Noir, definitely wanted to share my experiences. Getting to the hotel was fine. I had to take a taxi as I landed at the airport quite late in the evening (21.30ish), which cost the flat rate of €48.00. On arriving, I... More

The room was not very clean and though there was a promise of air-conditioning, it did not work. All they had was a fan. Breakfast consisted of cheese, ham, and stale bread. This would all be tolerable if it weren't for the horrid service. The receptionists were rude and distant, rolled their eyes when asked for help navigating around Rome,... More
