Pls, avoid this hotel if you can! It is really far from city centre and without any kind of public transportation useful to reach it. And there was a tough road to reach it. The hotel is quite old-fashioned (but it can depend of personal preferences) but I think that we all agree that broken air conditioning system, dry and... more

This is not even a 1 star hotel. We were in a group of more than 60. It was overpriced and the rooms were disgusting. They hadn't been cleaned properly in years. We had AC vents choked with dust, stained walls and carperts, ancient fitting, bathroom with plummding that was a joke (one room when you flushed the toilet the... more

My roomie and myself got extremely lucky with this hotel. Everything was fine in our room, it was clean and beds were fine. BUT.... friends in another room had problems with their shower -- it wouldn't turn off! Another friend got MANY bites either from bed bugs or mosquitos that came into the room at night. Location was so-so. In... more

Mold growing on the ceilings of the rooms. We were a group of 43.....so we saw a lot of rooms. Toilets were loose, bathtubs leaked with exposed wires. Ground -1 level had a open room that had liquor botttles, pop bottles and other debris along with all the exposed wiring. Stain carpet was in several of the rooms and the... more

Don't ruin your trip to Rome by staying here. If you like decor in your room that dates back to when Mussolini was in power, then this is the place for you! The carpet in our room was not clean. My wife and I were given three small twin beds to sleep on. The room smelled like my grandmother's coat... more

I stayed here for 4 nights. The first night, it was ok. No problems.. only for our travel agent Marianne. She stayed there for 3 weeks, and every week she had to move to another room. Now.. she had the most terrible room ever. I thought it was very sad. Also becouse our travelagensy "Kras" didnt do anything about it.... more

Stayed there with a group of travellers in the first week of Jan. I didnt even notice any broken sign, too me i was happy i was in another hotel. Barman was very cool...looks like a Jude Law clone. And he pours a mean whiskey...giving you a quadruple when you ask for a double! Bar stayed open pretty late. Rooms... more

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were very large and generally clean. The decor wasn't especially new but not too bad. Most of the rooms had a balcony but nothing special (most views were of neighboring apartments). I believe the TV was available if you paid extra. We stayed with a group and some rooms had air conditioning... more

We were pleasantly surprised!! We had already booked this hotel before we read the previous trip advisor reviews. So we were not expecting the hotel to be up to much. But, the rooms were tidy and were cleaned with fresh towels everyday. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was continental and adequate. Unfortunately, the... more

A good budget hotel if you don't mind using public transport. Good: low price, nice rooms, quiet location with a nice view Bad: in the middle of nowhere, often crowded with school and tourist groups, decent bus service crawls into town at rush hour more
