We had a blast at this hotel! the Staff were very helpful, courteous, happy to help overall. We enjoyed the company of the bartender after a night out on the town one evening and he was happy to hear our stories of what we'd seen that day!

One was a shocker. You could not turn the heat down to below 25C. On the second complaint, I was told it was a known problem for the rooms at the front of the hotel.
