My husband and I stayed at this hotel for four night in October. I have to say that it was close to the metro around a five to seven minute walk. The rooms were clean but extremely small. Breakfast is a continental breakfast with the coffee being the only hot thing. The staff was friendly and helpful. You don't need... More

Average hotel Basic dining room when the food ran out did not add. the hotel is on the hill so you must get a taxi or bus Beds very uncomfortable and small. Clean room but a smell of mold out of the closets Staff polite but not welcoming In conclusion only if it in a reasonable price

Went to Rome in March 2013 and stayed in one of the apartments above the Hotel Medici. Great location and very reasonable. If we ever make it back, this is the place to stay. Felt like one of the locals.

Pros: Very close to the train station (walking distance), moderate walk to the Coliseum, close to plenty of restaurants, free wifi, room was clean and nice. Cons: We actually left a few days earlier than intended, one reason being the poor service. The woman at the front desk should not hold a costumer service position. She treated us like an... More

Yes it is 3* but the location is excellent for seeing Rome and relatively tucked away so you get a good nights sleep. Handful of great restaurants locally, decent sized rooms, AC, and friendly staff. Only minus points are for average breakfast (but this is included in room price) and no tea/coffee facilities in the room (but that may be... More

Stayed there for 4 nights. The room is a little bit small but convenient for a couple. The bath and toilet were quiet clean. Bed was fine and there's also a TV and new air conditioning. Breakfast was nice: croissants, yogurts, two kinds of cheese, coffee machines but no vegetables. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Location was fine since... More

Recently stayed there aug 24-28. A very very clean hotel with a great, friendly staff. It is centrally located about a 12 minute walk to via veneto, 15 to the spanish steps. There are bus stops across the street from the hotel that go to the Vatican and coloseum (ancient rome). Breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was... More

If we had stayed here for just a day or two I probably would have given it more stars. Here's the positives: This is one of the few hotels I was able to find at a decent price that fit four people in one room. So for that reason I was grateful. The hotel itself for the price was very... More
