I read a lot of reviews when choosing a hotel. The mixed reviews on this one fooled me. The quality of my room was not good at all. I stayed two nights on room 102. This rooms AC barely works in the mist of August hot Rome. The room smells like old wet clothes, some weird smell it was driving... More

I had a really bad experience with the B&B next to Hotel Europa, so at the first opportunity we move to this hotel, minutes after booking online. The receptionist guy was very nice and helpful. We had a little problem with one of the lamps but it was fixed immediately. The location is very central close to Termini station. The... More

Excellent hotel! Our group was a little late getting into Rome, but the hotel staff held the breakfast buffet over in order to accommodate our group of 20. It included a wonderful variety!! The staff as helpful and friendly. The day we left, our bus did not arrive to take us to the airport. However, Bruno walked our group leader... More

This hotel was a basic clean hotel. Breakfast was adequate. The facilities were ok but not representative of a 4 star hotel. The location was ideal to visit all the main attractions that Rome has to offer. You are only 5 mins from the trian station and walking distance of most attractions. The beds however need to be replaced. Very... More

This hotel is very central to Rome Termini and the Metro Links (Rome only has 2 lines A & B, so very easy to navigate.) I was a bit worried when reading the reviews but knew we would be spending a busy 3 days sightseeing and only using the Hotel to crash in. Upon arrival we were told the lift... More

I was sent to this hotel when the Royal Court where I'd booked through Expedia didn't have a room for me. Aside from the aggravation of that, the first room offered didn't meet my needs. The receptionist found another one that was much better but still didn't have a safe, one of the things I look for when booking, but... More
