This hotel has a very good location, very close to Roma Termini and has many mini markets/grocery stores nearby. There are a few restaurants close to it aswell. The hotel staff was very polite and welcoming, the room was a bit small but cozy. The 2 problems I had were that if you didn't put the DO NOT DISTURB sign... More

As i like to be kind of explicit with my reviews, this won't be any different. I spent a week at this hotel in January 2016 and i'd like to explain my impression in parts. 1- Location: perfect! You can go anywhere by Termini station which is less than 500m away. In the neighborhood there are small mini markets and... More

We have used this hotel a couple of times, when overnighting in Rome, prior to cruising the following day. Within walking distance of Termini. Also a few good restaurants nearby. Staff are always welcoming. If so desired the hotel will offer chauffeur pick up from the Airport. Rooms are comfortable. Reasonable size. Good shower. Nice rooftop terrace for breakfast. Excellent... More

Our room was very small with thiny bed and very hard mattress. The room was clean and fresh but I just want to warn everybody that the room walls are paper thin, we heard everything from the room next to ours. Breakfast was OK, basic staff, not much to choose from, but enough. The hotel elevator is the slowest one... More

1) Rooms - A very tiny washroom; you will really struggle not to break things. Poor sound proofing. You can hear movements of Guest around; good city views from the balconies (we had a corner room), Fridge present in the room. Kettle & Microwave at the Reception area 2) Location - Very close to the Main Train station (Roma Termini);... More

Great location within 10 minutes walk from Roma Termini, which is not only good for transfer but also choices of to-dos and restaurants. Service was great, very responsive and helpful. Noise proofing was a problem, quite annoying when awaken at 4 in the morning by inconsiderate travelers who had to leave.

We stayed at this hotel in August and had a pleasant stay. The rooms are quite small but are comfortable and clean. Breakfast could be improved with a greater selection of pastries and fresh juice. The hotel is in a great location for tourists and getting around.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location that is close to Termini Station (walking distance), the main attractions of the city, and good restaurants around. Rooms are very small. The receptionist was nice but not helpful when we needed information. They don't speak English or French much so it was a bit difficult to communicate. The terrace... More

Really nice small hotel near the Termini station. The room was really nice to stay and very clean. Also the reception were all very helpful and informative helping us on the direction in Rome. This hotel is really of great value and I would really recommend it to everyone.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The reception staff were friendly, the room was modern and very nicely decorated. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location near to the train station was also a bonus. its good as a base to visit Rome.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
