I am so glad that we decided to stay here! The location of this hotel is fantastic. Virtually at the top of the Spanish steps, a 1 minute walk. Staff is top notch and professional. They try very hard to please their guests however the "guts" of the hotel are old, it is very small (the one lift holds 3 people elbow to elbow) and although the rooms (some) have had a makeover they are still small and awkward.
