My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in December 2013. It was a very quiet time to be in Rome, and we LOVED it. No big crowds, no long lines, and we absolutely loved this hotel. It's run by a husband and wife who are very kind and attentive. They emailed ahead of time to ask when we'd... More

What a great find! Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. Ample, but simple, breakfast. Nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Yes, they've upgraded exterior windows so no real disturbances from traffic/street noise. However, this is located above bar/restaurant, so you may hear chatter and techno beat from below until about midnight or so. Not a problem for two weary travelers... More

We stayed in Relais Teatro Argentina for 3 nights and couldn't recommend it more highly. The location is great, really central and only a 25 minute walk to Colosseum and about 5/10 minutes from Pantheon, with delicious restaurants really close by. Our room - Verde - was really spacious with a really powerful shower and comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious... More

A lovely "hotel" in the heart of the city in easy walking distance t some of the best areas. Just 8 rooms (ours was huge by European hotel standards), very quiet and clean and a super comfortable bed. Paolo and Carlotta had lots of great tips for "back door" experiences that weren't even in Rick's guidebook. Tomas was very attentive... More

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Relais Teatro Argentina. The staff was extremely gracious and helpful, and the location was excellent. Breakfast on the terrace was very enjoyable. If you're looking for a full service hotel this may not be for you; because of its small size there was no staff available starting mid... More

Loved the location - we walked EVERYWHERE - all the way from Vatican to Colloseum. Paolo was a gracious host, and Tomas tended fabulously to our every need. Nice breakfast on the little terrace. The room was huge and bed very comfy. A bottle of wine was waiting for us (it was our 10 year anniversary). Would definitely stay here... More

We stayed at the wonderful little B&B based on reviews on this site and they were "right on." This is a very small and cozy spot that couldn't be more conveniently located, being within easy walking distance of all the major sites. Our arrival was very humorous as our driver struggled to figure out how to get to the door... More

We stayed here 4 nights and were happy with our choice. Our room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The dual-glazed windows were quite effective at shutting out the noise of the city. Of course it couldn't block out the noise from the restaurant below and also from the neighbors, but that wasn't too bad. We liked the general cozy feel... More

Our stay at this charming 6 room boutique hotel in Rome last week was absolutely delightful! Our room was spacious, elegantly appointed, and very quite despite the fact that we were steps away from one of the most popular Piazza's in Rome, Campo de Fiori, Thomas and his lovely wife went out of their way to make sure that our... My husband and I stayed at this 6 room hotel in Rome last week and absolutely loved it! The hotel occupies one floor of a beautiful building just a short walk from the Pantheon. You enter on a side street and hotel is located up three flights (stairs only). It feels very more like entering an elegant apartment than a... More
