No way a 4 star ! ........................ My friends and I stayed here after having our hotel changed by Easy Jet holidays. We were in room 501 Carpet was badly stained, the air con control was hanging by the wires, there was black mold on the tiles in the bathroom. This room was small compared to my other 2 friends who were in... Nothing remind us a four star hotel. Small rooms, not very quiet especially if you are close to the elevator. Bathroom very clean. Unsatisfied restaurant and poor breakfast. The receptionist were polite and helpful. We expected something better but the beauty of the city recompensed us.

We stayed there during March Break 2014. I wasn't expecting a resort hotel, but our rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was great. The front desk were always helpful if not overly friendly. Judging by breakfast the hotel was quite full, and yet we never heard noise while in our room. We spent 6 nights there, and we were very... More

We stayed here for 2 nights, got into the hotel in the morning, checked in and made our way in the VERY TINY lift to our floor (I cant stress that enough, we luckily only had a sports bag between the 2 of us and even that was a struggle). Once we were out of the lift we discovered a... More

I can't understand how come this hotel has been rated as a 4 star hotel ?!! The hotel was filthy , smelly and dusty !!! The lights didn't work , shower was rusty and... More

Don`t be fooled by the 4 stars name! I`ve seen hostels in Thailand that were cleaner and more modern. We stayed there for 2 night and it was too much anyways. The rooms are dirty and covered in dust, it smells funny and the bathrooms are old and moldy. To be fair it was pretty cheap, the breakfast is decent... More

As recent reviews say this has never been a 4 star hotel by any standards even when last decorated in 80's. It is a budget B&B located 1m from Spanish Steps (easily walkable but with good transport connections). The receptionist was pleasant so maybe he is new but there is still a stale odour. Our comfortable bed fitting in the... More

Got this hotel on a LastMinute "top secret hotel" and quickly realised that it was 'executive' only in the name. The problems so far: - Hotel/room smell like hospital. - Shower had non working lights (Only one light working out of three!!!) - Shower water temperature fluctuates between cold/hot extremes (boiler problem). - Fridge not working. - 5th floor right... The negatives - The room had stains on the carpet, markings and damage to the wall, holes in the curtains. The bed sheets were covered in black hairs and the blanket was unusable because of how dirty it was. The shower was dirty and had mould on the doors. The positives - the staff were polite, helpful and friendly, the... More

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel as it has been advertised as a 4 stars hotel but it is far from it! They would be luck to get 1 star...the room smells really bad, the carpet and walls are dirty and stained and the shower cubicle is so small that you can't barely move. The fridge and hair drier...
