Great location near lots of public transportation & tourist attractions (Spanish steps, piazzas). Rooms are small but mostly clean, adequate shelving. Good breakfast buffet with good coffee. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent VFM. Wouldn't use it for a family with young children (unless they have bigger / adjoining rooms) but for every other purpose it's great.

The room was not cleaned in the first day. The second day they did a thorough cleaning: we went out to visit Vatican museum and when we returned we realized that 120 euros were taken from the handbag of my wife. They had to open the handbag and open the wallet. It was obvious that it was not the first... More

This hotel is more like 2 stars the service is the worst . The breakfast was like a mad house. There were no clean cups for coffee the plates were dirty and none were the same also the water was from the tap. We also had to drink from plastic cups!!! The bread was stale and not a lot of... More

Overall, the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean when we arrived and were cleaned daily properly. Water pressure was great in the shower. The bed however, was hard as a rock and didn't have a proper mattress cover to give extra padding. Also, the pillows were horrendous, and even after asking them to bring 3 more, I still felt... The location of this hotel cannot be beat. Easy walks to the Metro, Via Venuto, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain. Room was very comfortable. (We had a quad -- and there was a reasonable amount of space). The only hassle here was the wifi. With two teenagers -- that was a bit of an issue -- but we got over... More

The hotel is located near Barberini station, the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Colosseo are in walking distance. We booked superior room but even the superior room was small. Wi-fi is not free, we paid for 6 hours package but we could not use it in the room because we couldn't have any reception. The breakfast was not so good but... More

We booked 4 nights from 6th July at this hotel. This booking was made in Feb 2015 along with our other travel plans. I received a voucher from the site following full payment for the 4 nights. I then emailed the hotel with the voucher to confirm my stay. I received a confirmation email from Stephania to say it was... More

Fantastic Hotel! Friendly staff, excellent service and very clean. Front desk hosts: Valentina, Joao, Leonardo and stephano were exceptional. Always a smile and willingness to provide information and service. Very accommodating to my daughter's needs (Celiac/Gluten Free). Good selection of gluten free products. Breakfast at the hotel was very good, fresh pastries and bread, coffee, cereal, yogurt and others. If... More

We stayed here for three nights. Check in was easy. Our room was clean n big enough as was the bathroom. We stayed on the second floor and had a view of the street. Was fairly noisy at night and early morning. We have been to Venice, Cinque Terre and Tuscany and have had free WiFi with good signal. We... More

Hotel was mostly clean, we stayed on the 5th floor it was quiet and had the typical city brick wall view but was not that big. The hotel was pretty basic and the breakfast was adequate. The no free wifi was annoying in this day and age and you could walk do the road and get it free with a... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
