The main thing that made our stay enjoyable was the outstanding friendliness and knowledge of the staff. All of the reception staff spoke great English and offered good advice about restaurants, attractions, travel etc. The rooms were clean and pleasant and the beds very comfortable. The room didn't have much of a view but did have a tiny but pleasant... More

Hotel couldn't be situated in a better place ideal for the shops and termini. Rooms are a bit on the small side, but are very clean. The breakfast has plenty of choice and a nice touch to have it out on the roof top garden. The staff are very friendly and Daniello gave us some great advice about visiting attractions,... More

We loved this hotel. The staff were exceptional, very helpful, very friendly, lots of tips to get around. Hotel very close to Termini station, hop on hop off buses, no problem getting to main attractions. Hotel very clean, good size rooms, even some with balconies. Loved the roof top terrace. Breakfast included, very nice.

Doesn't look much from the outside but like they say it's what's on the inside that counts. Staff are helpful, friendly and most speak ok English. Rooms were nice, cool and clean. Breakfast was good, could have done with some fruit, the rooftop terrace was a nice feature too. Having been to rome 3 times now I would definitely say... More

This hotel was mine and my wife's hotel for our final stop of our honeymoon in Rome. We knew it was right in the middle of the city which we knew would be beneficial and so it proved to be! Extremely close to the train station and within walking distance of tour buses terminals and 15 minutes walk of the... More

Have stayed here twice now, it's very close to Termini (about 10--12 minutes by foot). Very clean and very well run. It's a small hotel in a great location. The staff is really on top of all of the details --- accountable and reliable. The rooms are small but complete, including nice (real) bath towels, not the skimpy kind normally... More

The service at this hotel was amazing. The front desk attendant called our room when the rest of our party arrived (after a delayed flight), and each individual helped with recommendations, taxis, and directions. They were particularly accommodating of one of our party with a service dog. The roof top terrace for breakfast was comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed our... More

Hotel Columbia was a unique experience for me. Yes, it was super clean and attractive. The rooftop terrace was indeed a great place for our morning repast which included great cappuccino. Also, I loved the exquisite chandelier in our room. It was so delicate and exquisite that I made my sister take a photo of it. Unlike many hotels in... More

It's not very often nowadays that I bother to write a review but I felt this little gem deserved it. I work in travel and expect a lot and can happily say I would recommend this hotel anytime. We had a great room with a private terrace, breakfast was lovely and drinks on the terrace in the evenings were a... More
