My partner and I stayed here for four nights, half board during August 2014. The hotel is advertised as 4 star but in all honesty I feel that it is more like a 3 star hotel. The hotel is some way out of Rome and you need to take the bus and the metro to visit the city centre costing... More

Stayed here a few times. First time they put me near staff room so I could here when they change themselves for work, but they changed room so no problem; second I think was fine as you expect a 4 stars hotel. Third time was bad; first they could not find my reservation, but they gave me a room anyhow.... More

We had a 4 night stay in August and whilst it was comfortable it certainly wasn't a quality stay. I had read the reviews of unhelpful staff and desperately wanted them to be wrong, but sadly they were all correct, only one lady (on her first day) had service with a smile. We booked this hotel with the view to... More

We booked with them because our business associate insisted that we stay with them. We then pre-paid in order to get proof to submit with our visa. They then went and blocked an additional amount that they can’t release till it reflects on their account. The GM is useless as well as majority of the staff especially front desk! The... More

Staying for 2 nights in August 14. Reception staff extremely rude and not helpful at all, we left been bitten by god only knows what in our room. This is meant to be a 4* - absolutely no way is this even close to a 3*. Rome was lovely but you have to walk everywhere to see all the sights,... More

Stayed here for 2 nights, check in was simple. Travelled in the musty smelling elevator to my room, was unaware that a single booking meant small single bed. Room was clean apart from the fowl smell of urine when the toilet seat was lifted, thankfully had antibacterial wipes so gave it a good clean. Basic facilities and the fridge in... More

Read good reviews on this hotel and chose it for my family's 7 night stay in Rome in July 2014, so had a good opportunity to assess it's quality. I have concluded that it is way over rated as, despite presenting a good facade, it is lacking in service and value. The standard of cleanliness was OK but I found... More

We went here for the weekend for a quick get away. It took us ageeees to get there (we got lost) so eventually we got a taxi (oh yeah, be careful when visiting Rome, some taxi drivers will rip you off. 20€ should be the maximum for a 15-20 minute car ride. So ask the price first). When we arrived,... More
