The hotel is located in the EUR district, so, I would guess there are more who stay here on business. Therefore - and in the 21st century it's really not that big a request - I would have expected a free wifi, but it cost 6 EUR/24 hours. Also, for a 4 star hotel, the room I got was tiny... More

Hotel and all hotel in Rome was overbooked due to one conference. I made a mistake with reservation and thx for team they managed to get a room finally.... More

The problem with EUR is that all the hotels are pretty standard. We tried this one as we were working locally and whilst it is clean and the staff were helpful the location is like staying in the middle of a bad American movie. Noisy coaches and a great view of the waste dump for the local shopping mall.

Yes, far from the heart of Rome, but for lazy people. In fact it 's just one bus stop and 7 tube stops from Colosseum. Not so far for me, actually. Also close to Piramide (trains to the coast and Fiumicino Airport). Very helpful staff and nice, quiet pool. A lot to eat during breakfast. DO NOT drink coffee from... More

Great value for the money. The beds are very comfortable; three single beds were provided and the hotel provided a baby bed free of charge. The pool is open until 8:00pm and was nice after touring the city all day. Afterwards, there is a pool side bar to sit at and chat with friends. There is also a beautiful courtyard... More

Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately a few things let the hotel down. No coffee ,drink facility in the room balconies with no seats. Maybe the worst part was the air conditioning being turned off between midnight and 6.00 in the morning. It was very hot in the room at night and unable to sleep. The journey to the hotel... More

I stayed there for business and was in a quiet area, yet close to bus loop and cabs were readily available by staff arranging for me. I liked it. It was a nice casual place and all staff were pleasant and helped me translate at meal times for things like soda became fruit water with gas, like tonic water.

My partner and I stayed here for four nights, half board during August 2014. The hotel is advertised as 4 star but in all honesty I feel that it is more like a 3 star hotel. The hotel is some way out of Rome and you need to take the bus and the metro to visit the city centre costing... More

Stayed here a few times. First time they put me near staff room so I could here when they change themselves for work, but they changed room so no problem; second I think was fine as you expect a 4 stars hotel. Third time was bad; first they could not find my reservation, but they gave me a room anyhow.... More
