I arrived a day early to confirm booking for the next day at Hotel Brasile. I was greeted by a Rude old Man at desk - lobby the size of Toronto Office Bldg Elevator - with door leading to back parking lot - plastics chairs, cigarette ashtray full and garbage bins. Old Man response -what are you doing here -... More

We have some difficult to answer this poisonous comment 4 months later your stay, but we must make it in order to clarify your disappointment. We have the same qualified staff from long time that they know rules of behaviour. Therefore phrases as: "What are you doing here, don't you have anything to do here?" it does not reflect the... My husband and 7 year old stayed here on recommendation from train station travel centre. Very good price and walking distance to train station and bus stops a plus. Older but very friendly staff. Hotel clean and tidy. Incredibly hard beds and pillows! Few eating places nearby made it harder for us in the evening to get a nice meal... More

I stayed in this hotel for leisure from 18th to 21st of December 2013 and I have both positive and negative feedback about this hotel. Location – it is indeed easy to find. Don’t try to get a direction from the google maps as it offers a convoluted direction. Reach Roma Termini and then come to the side where you... More

I was in Rome for a three day trip while in Italy. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station * a big plus*. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly - helping us make the best of our short stay in the Eternal City. The room was a little on the small side, but it did... More

ローマでお気に入りのホテルです。テルミニ駅から近く、地下鉄、バスどちらも利用しやすい立地。朝食のパンは、焼きたてのお花の形のイタリアパン”ロゼッタ”に徹していて、さすがローマです。 A favorite hotel in Rome. Located near to Termini station, easy to use the metro and bus either . Expectable Italian bread "Rosetta"is freshly baked on breakfast.

Hotel Brasile needs an overhaul. Nothing worked in our room. It was dirty, smelly, leaky sink, clogged shower drainage, to name a few. Other than the maid cleaning our rooms, the rest of the staff were very rude. From the time we sat down to have our breakfast, this middleaged blonde woman was mumbling in italian, loud enough for my... More

Thank you for having left his opinion. His judgment seems too negative. If something did not go well you could speak to the manager and find a solution. We try to improve every day More

Great location, good value, friendly staff. Had bad jet lag and was up all night. The night reception guy was very nice every time I came down in the middle of the night to ask for another drink. Reception has a little bar with good priced beer compared everywhere else in Rome. Single room was small, but nice. Very clean... More

Dear Sirs, thank you for writing your opinion, will help us to improve the hotel, I wanted to explain that the buildings of the old town are ancient buildings and size of the rooms of the elevators are not like the U.S. or Australia, it seems to us have always given a good breakfast. I'm sorry if the staff was... More

Very basic room and service. Wifi is out of reach in the room and would have to use the sitting room which is situated next to reception desk. This is a bad area if you are trying to call long distance on the Skype as the reception staff is very loud and often rude. Rated a 3star hotel but is... More

Dear Sirs, your opinion is very important to us, we understand that his discomfort was for the WiFi network, but we are not able to know exactly what happens if the WiFi signal in the 24 hours is always great, do testing often, but sometimes there may be problems through no fault of our own. However, the service is free... More
