Arrived at hotel and was greeted by reception staff very polite and we're polite and helpful throughout stay. The hotel is used by schools but the kids were good they were a bit noisy at night but once asked to quieten down they were not an issue reception were happy to help with any issues but this was not required... I have just returned from a visit to Rome and I stayed at the Giotto hotel. Having been to Italy once before I had a set expectation that I hope would be met. But everything was below my expectations. The hotel is a 3 star hotel, the facilities and services provided meet that standard. However the comfort of the stay... More

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and first impressions were of a very rude unhelpful check in receptionist was only interested in immediately taking the extortionate city tax off us immediately . We were then issued our key card to our room . Very old fashioned room with very smelly bathrooms and a musty wardrobe with 2 mangled hangers... More

Budget hotel, clean room, comfortable beds, free wifi but slow. No English TV to speak of but that's fine if you don't intend staying long in your room. Not a single taxi driver knows where this hotel is. Out of 5 taxis used 4 couldn't find it?? If you want to start your day early don't intend on having breakfast as... More

If you don't have problem with space, because you can't walk in the room without slap something... the bathroom is terrible, the location is terrible, you need walk for 30 minutes for the next subway station. The only thing the I liked was the restaurant. The food is good and enough. But really you can found another hotel and as... More

If you are looking for luxury then this is not the hotel for you. This was a hotel I booked for a sightseeing trip to Rome with my wife for her 40th birthday. It is a basic bed and breakfast style hotel away from the centre of the City. We had a family room which was huge and had 3... More

This hotel was sufficient for somewhere to sleep, but that's about it really. Most of the staff were quite abrupt, especially one if the waiters who was extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome. The location is okay if you like somewhere that's rough around the edges (lots of graffiti and litter, surrounded by apartments), but Vatican City is NOT... More

Got a great deal on BA but the location of the hotel in a residential area. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything. The bathroom is very small and the shower even smaller. The bed is comfortable and room was clean. The breakfast was terrible I would rather paid extra to have a decent breakfast. There was no... More
