Siena is under-rated as a three-star hotel. A short walk from the Spanish Steps and the nearby Metro stop. We loved our room. Clean, well-appointed room and bath. Very quiet. Restaurants in the immediate area aren't plush, but we loved the food. The Forum and Coliseum are a short bus ride away, and we took the bus to go there... more

I went to the brekfast hall at the hotel my first morning in Rome. I didn`t know where I should get my tea. I looked around and saw a table with tea cups and tea and went there. A middelaged blond woman who worked there became angry and told me that I couldn`t wait for my tea. I didn`t know... more

This hotel is dreadful. I arrived having requested a quiet room at the back of the hotel, only to be given a room on the first floor at the front, facing the street. 'But don't worry', said the receptionist, 'because cars aren't allowed to use the road.' I told her immediately that I knew that was wrong because I had... more

Cosy little hotel in excellent location and very friendly staff. Small, clean rooms, our room was inward and absolutely quiet. Breakfast rather good for Italian standard. In walking distance to all the great sights. more

We actually visited the hotel before booking (on the way to the other part of our trip). In comparison of what we had seen in Rome, Siena is not bad. New aircondition unit in the room, flat TV and all international chanells. Room clean and breakfast very good. We did not need to eat again untill arvo. Ofcourse the room... more

Very disappointed in the Hotel Siena. We understood that the rooms would be small and dark (and they were). What we DIDN'T expect, however, was that it wasn't very clean. We could have stood the small, dark room (it is Rome), but the rooms were grubby and dusty. I would not stay there again. more

Me and my wife stayed at Siena Hotel for one week in the begining of May 2006, and it was quite pleasent. The room at the top floor had an anoying (for me, not for her) low ceilling and the window was tiny, but the place was clean and the bathroom Ok. The staff was very pleasent. Breafast was italian... more

Great location, especially for an introduction to Rome. Walking distance to all the major sites. Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps) are two minutes one way and Trevi Fountain is about five minutes the other. Villa Borghese is nearby, as is via Venuto and other trendy parts of Rome. Easy access, too, to the subway and Termini train station. Hotel is... more

We stayed here in mid-October and we not impressed at all. First, they told us they didn't have our reservation and because of that would have to put us in the top floor. This room had a very low ceiling, and only a 2 x 2 " window and was hot, stuffy and cramped to say the least. When we... more

We just returned from 4 days at the Siena Hotel. It was perfect. The location was right in the heart of old Rome, easy walk to most attractions, or the metro. The room was good size with updated Bath. Clean & nicely decorated. The staff was great. Italian style breakfast with Latte's every morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel... more
