Visited August 2014 - No way is it a 4 Star Hotel, lift too small and only one lift in hotel. As for Wifi, No wifi on 1st floor or above only in lobby and its very weak. Breakfast was not a high quality and i'm being fair in saying the hotel was more like a 2 Star. Room was... More

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was okay. We stayed one night, traveled around and then came back for 5 more. We had two rooms to accommodate our family. The bedding, etc. is a bit worn and we had trouble with the internet. Be careful, especially in the summer, that they don't give you a room on the... More

On arrival we found we had been allocated a tiny dark room with the only window overlooking the fire escape. The double bed occupied most of the room and the bathroom was very cramped. Lighting was also poor. We complained immediately but were advised that they were fully booked and there were no other rooms available. We could not face... More

We have 4 types of rooms, grand deluxe, deluxe, superior and small, all with the same finishes and services and all visible on our website with the size of each one. the small room for its size, obviously costs LESS than the other ones. We have simply assigned to you the room that you have booked choosing the cheapest one. More

Overall experience ok. Near termini train station. Very friendly hotel personnel. Nice rooms. Bad internet. Difficult log in process, requires account creation. Wifi not available in all rooms. Only 1 elevator, difficult when traveling with big bags and baby. Worst thing is employees use lift for cleaning car during morning time (check out time) so that means waiting. Breakfast is... More

We had a great stay here! Stayed for 3 nights at the end of July. It's in a great location to everything, we walked everywhere and the staff are fantastic, service is really great and they seemed to really care about giving us the best advice especially Daniellé who was there in the evening!!

But does this really matter, we were in Rome and would see plenty of wonderful sights and locations. The hotel is very well located, not far from the Spanish Steps, in a quiet side street, with a few good restaurants around it. The staff are very welcoming, and offered us coffee, whilst we waited for our room to be free.... More

Was in a great location for all the sites. This hotel was in walking distance from all the main sites such as the Vatican City, Pantheon and Coliseum. Breakfast was lovely. The reception could book you a tour, taxi and just about anything else you wanted. We had the pleasure of being served by Mirko. Mirko was a well mannered... More

We stayed here for 3 nights last week. We found the facilities good, very comfortable and everything we had hoped for. The room was excellent, quite and spacious. Everything you expect from a 4 star room was included. We had a superior double. The breakfast was a good typical continental one, opening at suitable times. We did have a day... More

We were vacationing from the USA June 2014. Due to travel circumstances, we had to stay here for 1 night until we could go on to our assigned hotel. I'm writing this review simply to praise the Hotel Manager, Gerald. This was our 1st stop in Rome after arriving from the airport and Gerald made us feel welcomed and right... More

We stayed a total of 4 nights. We found the staff at the front desk VERY helpful. Our flight arrived after midnight and the manager offered a pickup service for the very reasonable price (negotiated in advance). Good breakfast included. The hotel was clean and well located for our needs. We would stay there again!
