We really enjoyed our stay pre cruise the room was small but adequate . The air con was not great on a hot evening, but the reception staff were very helpful and well above the average. We would definitely stay again

This Hotel is in an excellent location about 5 minutes walk from Repubblica and Termini. Rooms are quite large and facilities are fine. Wi Fi is free and can be very fast but slows up dramatically from heavy use. Breakfast was included and quality was good. Large number of restaurants locally. This hotel is within easy walking distance to many... More

Arrived for one nights stay but soon discovered our flight home cancelled so needed to stay 2 nights. Reception staff very kind and understanding, gave us complimentary upgraded room for first night. Had to move rooms second night but staff very apologetic as already booked out. Throughout the stay the reception staff, especially Gerald, could not gave been more helpful.... More

Good location, quiet area close to many restaurants and attractions within 20 minutes walk. Rather disappointed in the hotel not what we would expect from a 4 Star hotel felt standard more 3 Star overall rather tired looking , we had a superior room first room was smelt off putting when entered later told that this was to be expected... Nicely situated, good bedrooms, although the bed was a little firm for me. The highlight of the hotel are the reception staff who cannot be more friendly and helpful, from directions, to restaurant recommendations, to loaning the use of their computer to check in for our return flight. They even sorted out our car for the return to the airport... More

We have just returned from Rome and stayed at Baileys Hotel, this is a really nice hotel, located about a 20 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps, and around 30 minutes from the Colosseum, the staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, the manager Gerard in particular could not do enough for us. My only comment would be... More

Super nice boutique hotel with great location. Just off the main streets and short walking distance to Termini station. Great staff (Gerard was fantastic) who were very helpful for our fist stay in Rome. Area had a laid back feel with some great restaurants on Via Flavia which made for great time after a long day of sightseeing. Definitely going... More

From the warm friendly staff to the well appointed room, our short stay in this lovely quiet hotel couldn't have been better. We would recommend it in a heartbeat. A short EUR6-7 taxi ride from the Termini train station, it is well situated for anyone connecting to another destination like we were. The rooms lack iron or ironing board or... More

The hotel staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was my daughter's 21st birthday whilst we were there, and they recommended an excellent restaurant, as they did for all the evening meals during our stay. Accommodation and breakfast were good. I would not hesitate in returning when we are next in Rome.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights at the end of May 2015, when we arrived at the hotel we was introduced to Gerard who was fantastic he couldn't do enough for us! Pointing out where all the sights of Rome where and how long it would take to get there, he even told us about a fabulous ice... More

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
