Rooms are dark and very old fashion, Bathrooms are very small and i could not even open the shower door all the way since the hand wash sink was in the way. I stayed for one night only - Room had a very small window which was going to an inside yard.

The Bailey Hotel is a small hotel located on a quiet street, but just a few blocks from a large street with buses and walking distance to the Metro. The service is gracious and exceptional. The rooms are a good size and the large bathroom is very modern. There are excellent moderate priced restaurants within two blocks of this hotel.... More

We have stayed at Bailey's Hotel several times. We have taken family and friends there. The accommodations and service have never disappointed. It has become our go to place when we stay in Rome. Bailey's is fairly centrally located on a quiet street within walking distance of Villa Borghese. Great to know you can drive into the city and have... More

My family stayed at this hotel in 2009, and now, 6 years later, I still feel grateful to the staff for all they did for us. To this day, it has been been one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

This hotel really is a gem, as previously mentioned, the staff, especially Gerald, Fabio and Mirko, were excellent, very helpful and attentive, in fact nothing was too much trouble. They helped us booking our Vatican tickets, they helped us check our flights, which had been disrupted by the fire at the airport the day before, they advised on good local... More

The hotel is in a great location, very comfortable and a good value. The best part of the hotel is the reception staff, Gerald, Mirko and Fabio. They went out of their way to make our stay the best is could possibly be. Gerald and Mirko also worked very hard to get flights for us after our flight had been... More

Bailey's Hotel is a small boutique hotel in the Quirinal section of Rome on a side street (Flavia) one street away from a major boulevard (20 September). There are about 25-30 rooms in the hotel. The style is Victorian with fabric lining the walls. If available, ask for the superior rooms since they have more space with queen size beds.... More

This is in a nice area of Rome, in amongst the government buildings and embassies. I always felt secure in the immediate area. As soon as we walked in it was a classy hotel, a very warm welcome from the front desk. Straight away you could tell they were very well informed on the Rome area. Speak excellent English. We... My wife and I visited Rome In January and although we have been to Italy many times we have never visited Rome. The room in the hotel was great even with it being on the front it was very quiet. Staff were very helpful, and always polite. We used their local knowledge for us to go out and about in... More

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
