We stayed here for three nights, it was our first time in Rome and I was a bit concerned before we went. On arriving I was very pleasantly suprised by how lovely the hotel was, the staff are excellent and can't do enough for you they are always smiling and friendly. It made us feel right at home, The room... More

I just stayed here with my wife and two children. In Europe it can be challenging to get a room where the entire family can stay, but the family suite here at Bailey's was as billed. It is essentially two adjoining rooms, one pretty big with light, big bathroom and light, and the other in the back, much smaller with... More

This hotel is near the Termini train station and is a very basic hotel. The room we were in was the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. The bathroom was very small, almost too small to even use if you want to keep the door closed. I didn't mind the size of the room too much, though, since... More

Nice hotel off the beaten path, quiet and clean. professional and friendly staff. location handy to transportation. The air conditioning worked fine when we were there. fabulous water pressure. Internet was not the worst we ran into in italy. The restaurants and sandwich shops on via flavia were all pretty good and reasonably priced.

Visited August 2014 - No way is it a 4 Star Hotel, lift too small and only one lift in hotel. As for Wifi, No wifi on 1st floor or above only in lobby and its very weak. Breakfast was not a high quality and i'm being fair in saying the hotel was more like a 2 Star. Room was... More

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was okay. We stayed one night, traveled around and then came back for 5 more. We had two rooms to accommodate our family. The bedding, etc. is a bit worn and we had trouble with the internet. Be careful, especially in the summer, that they don't give you a room on the... More

On arrival we found we had been allocated a tiny dark room with the only window overlooking the fire escape. The double bed occupied most of the room and the bathroom was very cramped. Lighting was also poor. We complained immediately but were advised that they were fully booked and there were no other rooms available. We could not face... More

We have 4 types of rooms, grand deluxe, deluxe, superior and small, all with the same finishes and services and all visible on our website with the size of each one. the small room for its size, obviously costs LESS than the other ones. We have simply assigned to you the room that you have booked choosing the cheapest one. More

Overall experience ok. Near termini train station. Very friendly hotel personnel. Nice rooms. Bad internet. Difficult log in process, requires account creation. Wifi not available in all rooms. Only 1 elevator, difficult when traveling with big bags and baby. Worst thing is employees use lift for cleaning car during morning time (check out time) so that means waiting. Breakfast is... More

We had a great stay here! Stayed for 3 nights at the end of July. It's in a great location to everything, we walked everywhere and the staff are fantastic, service is really great and they seemed to really care about giving us the best advice especially Daniellé who was there in the evening!!

But does this really matter, we were in Rome and would see plenty of wonderful sights and locations. The hotel is very well located, not far from the Spanish Steps, in a quiet side street, with a few good restaurants around it. The staff are very welcoming, and offered us coffee, whilst we waited for our room to be free.... More
