It's a 2 star hotel first of all! (shown from the booklet by the hotel itself) We paid 130 euro for one night staying and I do not see the value of money. The room is way too noisy both from the street and the corridor. The wall seemed to be made of thin wood board and we could easily... more

I stayed at this hotel last year. Even though I am Italian, it was my first time in Rome and I choose this hotel because of the reasonable price and its location, within walking distance from the main train station. I have to say that my room was clean and the bed large, but they looked old and not very... more

I asked a man at the Termini station who had a badge on with 'Tourist Office' Hotels B&B Free Shuttle I took it that this man was an official tourist board officer and I asked him if he would recommend a good 3 star hotel in Rome and I suggested a few that I had read reviews on,'he phoned them... more

We stayed at the hotel on May 17th 2007 for a few days. I found that the hotel although shared the same building with others hotel (a bit cramped there) but the room is quite spacy (I have a large family of 6), very clean. The bathroom is quite new - probably they have just renovated the place. The price... more

I was concerned when I read some of the reviews. Pleasantly suprised. We found this to be a very nice hotel. The hotel was just a few blocks from the train station, making easy access to all major attractions. Room was adequate size for two travelers. Beds were comfortable. Bedding was not so great, but after traveling in Rome, no... more

Although the hotel Cambridge is near to Termini station, that is about all it has going for it. We paid 90 euros a night and were very disappointed. We booked a superior room, expecting a bit of luxury. Plug sockets were hanging off the wall, hairdryer nozzle broken in half, very small room and hopeless bathroom. The double bed was... more

Stayed in a Cambridge "Triple" with 2 other adults for long weekend (3 nights). Location is good being 10mins walk to central terminus rail station and further to the various city attractions. There is a street market in the lane at side of the Hotel weekdays - some early morning noise may be experienced whilst they are setting up. Room... more

We stayed at the Cambridge in early July 2004. We had a large room on the 2nd floor with a bunk-bed for the kids. The area around the hotel was very pleasant. We felt safe enough to let our 2 kids (14 & 10) wander to the nearby Internet Point. A short walk to the train station where taxis, buses... more
