We booked this hotel after reading reviews from various websites and it came out the best. When we arrived and checked in the guy at reception asked if we liked heights. We said yes and so he moved us to the top floor into a nicer room with a balcony. The room was very impressive for the money we paid.... more

Hotel is ideally situated, 3 mins walk from termini station, showers are hit and miss, sometimes you get hot water, and "shower curtain" was a leaky plastic mess and rooms are uber basic. If you can get a cheap deal, and only use the place to sleep you won't be dissapointed. Staff helpful and friendly. The best thing is location... more

Considering that this hotel claims to be a three-star hotel, I was very disappointed in my stay. The infrastructure could have been OK, but dirty bathroom, one bed instead of twin beds that we paid for, non-functioning elevator (room in 5th floor) and a poorly arranged breakfast really don't fit my idea of an OK hotel. Most disappointed I was... more

The location is perfect, close to any and all transportation..walking was easy to Termini, many wonderful trattorias and ristorante with reasonable prices in the neighborhood. We had a nice corner room overlooking the park, which while it was noisy at night (we were in Rome, after all) was very clean and comfortable...with REAL bathtowels, not those flimsy bathsheets found in... more

We stayed at the Terminal hotel in Rome for 4 nights and were very pleasantly surprised after reading other reviews. Yes, the room was basic but it was spotlessly clean with pure white sheets and towels (all of which were changed after 2 days). The bathroom was very up-to-date and again very clean and the staff were extremely polite and... more

I stayed in Rome for 3 nights. The hotel was nothing special but it did the job. The bedding and towels were changed daily and the room was kept fairly clean. The decor was pretty dull and the room’s very small but if you’re planning to spend alot of time in them then perhaps Rome is not the place for... more

This has to be the worst Hotel i have ever experienced. We were there for a 4 day break and expected at least basic cleanliness and food. What we got was staff that told lies, staff that offered no help, a room that was filthy and food that was truly awful. For the duration of the stay we had NO... more

Stayed in the Hotel Terminal for 4 nights in August, a well located hotel easy access for all the tourist areas. The room was very small, shower leaked and the water was not always hot. The breakfast was very poor, didn’t bother to go again after the first day we went to some café/bar locally. I wouldn't rate the hotel... more

On the positive side, the staff were helpful and reasonably friendly and the beds were clean. On the downside, the lock on the door was broken and required a hell of a lot of wriggling to get it to work, the shower leaked like mad, there were no carpets (it was all horrid lino throughout - a deathtrap when the... more

This hotel is absolutely fine. I felt I had to write something here because the negative comments are not true. This was my first visit to the hotel so I do not know how much refurbishment has been carried out, but we were staying on the first floor and our room was simple but had everthing we needed. We paid... more
