Great location by the train station and metro even though you have to walk a bit (10 minutes). Room was cleaned every day, clean towels, gave you shampoo/soap/new towels every day, shower is a little tricky because it's teeny tiny (has great water pressure) but I'm 56 years old & fussy and I thought it was fine, wonderful continental breakfast,... This is relatively good located hotel for the guests who are passing by Rome, as we were. It is close to Rome Termini RC as the hotel ca 500 meters away from the station itself and is easy reached by walking. We needed overnight stay for Rome before heading to the South of Italy and Hotel Center 123 passed OK... More

Good location, walking distance to Colossum and Termini Station. Rooms are a little dated. Considering the price you pay, this is actually decent. Stayed here for a few different times on our trip so we have figure them out a bit. Not all rooms are created equal. Some are spacious and some can be pretty bad. There are rooms that... More

Booked and paid in advance from australia through a travel agent. Arrived at hotel after walking for 20 minutes to be told. " No you are not at this hotel but at our other hotel. Go out the door walk down the street and turn the corner." "You will be there in 10-15 minutes walking."Yes they have more than one... More

With good intent the travel agent made out reservations, believing info she had been given by the hotel. It is in the very dingy, dirty, dark part of a town. Disinterested reception staff pushed us to another of their hotels around the corner at 10.30 at night. Air conditioning not working but would not commit to having it fixed. We walked... More

take bus 105 (sometimmes it can be very crowded; and once my girlfriend got harassed by a group of 18 years old pocketpickers) from Roma Termini for 4 stops, you are right beside the door of Center Hotel 3. The receptionists are several grandpas, speak some English (at least one can communicate with them), very friendly and helpful. We took... More

Put simply - this is not a great hotel.... i'd probably rate it averageish. We booked here because we were lucky to get anything in Rome for the price we needed. However for what it is it's not too bad, and the stay was acceptable, despite the rooms. We stayed at the start of June when there was a United... More

This was OK---but just barely. It is NOT a 3 star hotel---possibly a 2 star at best. There was no mattress pad on the crumby mattress---just a thin sheet. The bath towels were just large dish towels. The worst thing were the snarly men that worked the desk. They were mean and cantankerous. It touts being close to the train... More

I stayed at this hotel in February of this year and found the staff to be completely incompetent and unhelpful, bordering on downright rude at times (save for one friendly guy who only seemed to work during the day and so we never saw much of him, but he was always very cheerful and pleasant). The television which we had... More

I booked this hotel through my agent who booked it through a hotel website. I booked for 4 nights but ended up only staying 1 night. The hotel is more like a hostel although I have stayed in better hostels. When I had a shower in the tiny closet bathroom, I came out to find that my bedroom had flooded.... More
