This is a good option with good rates. Rooms are nice enough and the location is very central with easy train access. The style is modern but a little tired. Service is friendly but slow. One of the best choices I made when it come to picking a hotel. Ideally located next to key attractions in Rome and w/in walking distance to Piazza Della Repubblica, the Coliseum Piazza Venezia and not so far Piazza di Spagna. After reading the other reviews, we knew to ask for rooms with windows to the outside. The rooms got a little warm at night, and got noisy if you opened the windows to cool it down. Please find another hotel, for your own sake. La Griffe is one of the worst hotel experiences I´ve had. Here is some of the reasons why: Rude and terrible service. Extremely small rooms, some without window! Non functioning elevators. Black walls, dirty..The hotel was totally awful! more
