Hi...booked this on hotels.com due to free breakfast and WiFi, good reviews, and low price. Website advertised a free airport shuttle. Booked but then learned that the free shuttle was only for Ciampino airport, NOT Fiumicino. That added another 58 euros onto my stay, to purchase a RT airport shuttle by shared van. Wish the hotels.com website was clearer. Hotel... More

Hotel Victor is a fine enough place to stay if you don’t mind the fact that it’s in a quite inconvenient location (it takes almost an hour) to get into the city (15-20 minutes to wait for the hotel car and drive to the metro, 15-20 min to wait for the train and get into the city). While the hotel... More

Spent 3 nights here recently, and for the price it was decent. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and speak English well. There is a free shuttle (not free to/from airports) you can reserve that will take you from the hotel to the closest metro stop - Arco di Travertino and/or from the metro to the hotel. It runs... The quality of the Hotel is lovely along with the staff, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The evening meal was excellent value, traditional fare beautifully... More

Found the hotel really easily using the SAT NAV. Booked on laterooms.com as a matter of urgency as we didn't have a room that night. Reception staff excellent. Good English. Very, very helpful. Room - Wonderful! Value - Excellent! I tried to book for the next night as well, but unfortunately it was booked up :( Great Wifi connection. Good... More

Comparing to the other hotels we've seen in Italy, this was probably the best, especially, when we compare prices ! With a TV inside, big and spacious rooms including comfortable beds, nice surroundings, tasty breakfast, pleasant, helpful staff, and very friendly shuttle service driver :) ONLY problem, was the location - not the cleanest district, far from center. We really... More

Hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not bad although it was more geared towards Europeans than English. Staff on the whole were friendly and helpful although they didn't tell us that you need to buy your bus/metro ticket before you use the services; you can buy these tickets from the hotel reception. There is a useful hotel... More

As we were visiting some family closeby so we booked this hotel (double room) just for the night. We had room n.1 which is right at the entrance behind the service desk: - the room was cold (impossible to change the temperature) - we could hear people checking in and checking out early in the morning at 5am - we... Hotel was a good one with clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast was not so bad . The only problem was that it was too far from the center, and you were to take a bus to get to the metro station then to pass some stations to go to the center.Anyway there was a solution for this problem, hotel offered...
