We're do I start?.. First checked in on the 11th of April (My partner and my self). The gentleman at reception was lovely, exsplain about the bedroom tax which is 4 euros per person per night, and then about the safe which is free. He also gave us a map and circled all the main places and we're to avoid.... More

Stayed for Four nights in April and from the check in, my wife and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They will even book excursions for you. The room we had was a bit small but in Rome all you need the room for is as a base which the Embassy is. The breakfast is a little basic... More

Stayed here for a week whilst exploring Rome. We were recommended to stay here and originally our first impressions were not that great although the staff were friendly and helpful. Important to remember it's a 3 star hotel/ B&B, the room was a decent size very basic, great ensuite bathroom always had hot water, bed was comfortable, air conditioning that... More

The rooms are quite large considering the size of this hotel and clean. A good, clean bathroom and a safe in the wall was also very helpful. Breakfast was fine and well sorted. The location of the hotel is fine, it is near a metro station and Termini Station. If I ever come back to Rome, I will stay here!

We decided to stay in this hotel during our Valentine's weekend in Rome. It was the first time for us in this city in Italy. We've been few years ago in Venice. The location of the hotel could not be better, in the heart of the old city. We could get to every place really quickly (also Coppedè and Parioli... More

Not what I expected a hotel in Rome to be like but once we got used to it, loved it! I think we expected a bar and a restaurant but nothing like that there. It was in a good location, near the termini station where you could access the metro to anywhere in Rome. Reception staff were really helpful and... More

Just spent 4 nights in Rome at the Hotel Embassy and was truly impressed with this little hotel. The rain shower was nice and the room surprisingly large. Mr David in Reception upgraded for free in a larger room on 1st floor. I booked a not refundable doublebedroom for a special price in November for Ny's Eve. Everyone was very... More

The Hotel was perfect for this long weekend break. A room for the night after a long day exploring the beautiful & breath taking sites of Rome. Clean & tidy, with great English speaking staff who can not do enough for you. A continental breakfast & plenty of it sets you right up for the day. Handy hints: Take a... More

I stayed at this hotel mid-December with my boyfriend. It was actually my second visit, and this time round, I specifically asked for a larger room with a decent-sized bathroom, away from the lift. I am happy to say that they honoured all of my requests - I don't think we could have had a better room at that hotel.... More

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
