The hotel is located near central Rome on a busy small street. It is clean and safe. Although WiFi is "available" over a period of four days it didn't really work. Our room faced the busy street in front of the hotel and was equipped with windows that minimized the street noise. The air conditioning barely cooled or moved the... More

Great location. Within a few blocks of the train station. Within walking distance of the major attractions, but far enough to be away from the noise. Room was your typical Euro hotel room. Room was clean and in good condition. Beds were nice a firm. Included breakfast had a great selection. There is a roof garden bar/restaurant that is the... More

We stayed at the Hotel Diana for four nights while in Rome, finishing off a two week vacation of Italy. The hotel was recommended by a friend and lived up to their review. Close to train station and metro which was convenient. Room was good size by European standards. Bathroom was huge with lots of counter space, although shower was... More

Our bed felt like plywood with a sheet over it. Upon walking in our room, our AC unit would not work. Their staff came to room and took apart cover to AC and exposed hidden controls. The controls had a fan option and they moved it to high level. It did not help. This was the only hotel we stayed... More

This is a lovely hotel, well located to the train station and therefore for the buses from the airport, the hop on hop off buses are just around the corner. The rooms are a good size. What separates this hotel from the rest is the beautiful roof top garden, which is also where you have breakfast. There is also a... More

Very close to Termini station. Room did not have much space but did not have any problems. the food in cafeteria was perfect and the view from the roof garden was amazing. Want to visit Rome again and I would consider this hotel for my next visit.

My wife and I were on our last night of our 11 day Italy trip that included a stop at the Diana before heading to the south of Italy. We had just travelled up from Amalfi, through Pompeii for our last night in Rome. On our arrival we hoped not to get a similar room as we did to start,... More

We were staying at the Hotel on a Garden tour for 3 nights. A very convenient Hotel for access to Rome and reasonable value for money. Staff were very helpful, and rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard. We were in room 116 which was on the front of the hotel, above the entrance. Decor was a red... More

Clean, big, quiet and comfortable rooms (at least the ones on 6th floor, rooms with a balcony), but poor breakfast, quite small range of dishes to choose from. Having instant coffee at an alleged 4 stars Rome hotel is a shame! Despite other previous comments, air conditioning was working properly. Wifi in the room was not available.

The rooms were simple but very clean and had everything you needed. The roof garden really made this hotel special. For both breakfast and wine early evening my friend and I sat out overlooking rome in either the sun or shade. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I would Definately go back to this hotel especially as it... More
