The hotel was easy to get to and was close to public transport links. We arrived off an early morning flight and was expecting to be able to check in at noon as advertised on booking but on arrival was told 3pm so it made for a long day. The elevator was out of order so had to use a... More

Just got back after 3 nights at the Diana Roof Top Garden, Rome. Great location; 5 minute walk from the Termini, with cases. Within walking distance of all that Rome has to offer, though the Vatican is a good step away. We landed a room at the front of the hotel, one of the few with a balcony...what a treat.... More

Although I had an initial problem with my room, I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. When I went to advise the problem, the staff were very helpful and quickly rectified the problem. My room was small but adequate and the bathroom was clean with adequate fittings. The hotel is near some good restaurants and also the terminus.... More

Room was ok but looked out onto middle bit of hotel and building work was going on when we were there so a bit noisy. Breakfast not fantastic but did the job. We liked the location so close to railway station and all the sights. Staff very nice except one lady on the last morning who should perhaps consider a... More

We booked this hotel for a surprise birthday trip for my mum. The hotel was easy to find and the reception staff were lovely, they were more than happy to help and took our bags up to our room. We had booked the family apartment for the 4 of us, we had a kitchenette which included a sink, kettle &... More

Pros: 5 min walk to Roma Termini (main train hub), spacious room (stayed in a quad for 4), clean Cons: WIFI only worked in the lobby, slow elevator (only 1) We had a great stay here & would recommend!

This is not a four star hotel. Small rooms, small single beds, plastic cups, empty mini bar, noisy, no view, no wifi, terrible elevators. The staff is friendly and there are a lot of tourists that can use the location , because it is near the Termini stration and 5 min walk from the city center but not at all... More

the hotel was very different to what we are used to in NZ but in saying that the location was perfect to the shopping and the train station. The room was small and I could hear my neighbours conversation which was a little alarming at 3 am. The Internet was variable depending on what time you were trying to use... More

The rooms were tiny and the front desk was not only unfriendly but arrogant. it reminded me of a motel six that lost it's way. I bathroom was small even by european standards. a last resort at best if you were in for a short stay. the only positive was that it was clean.

The hotel is located near central Rome on a busy small street. It is clean and safe. Although WiFi is "available" over a period of four days it didn't really work. Our room faced the busy street in front of the hotel and was equipped with windows that minimized the street noise. The air conditioning barely cooled or moved the... More
