If this is a 3 star hotel, if hate to see what a 2 star looks and smells like. After spending 18 days in Italy in Sardinia, I wanted to be close to the train station for my ride home. Initial perception was good, good exterior and clean lobby. However, when I opened the door to the closet sized room,... More

On first impression the hotel reception was spotless with very friendly and helpful staff. Our downside was the fact that we did not stay in the hotel itself we were put in a building around the corner which the hotel had obviously made some extra rooms. It was in a building where I am guessing also housed private accommodation. I... More

The best thing is the location, 2 blocks from Termini Station. The rooms are little bit loud, the breakfast is very simple and I did find it a little bit expensive for the quality offered (for Rome is ok though). One great thing is that the buses that come from the airports park very near this hotel so it is... More

We have just spent 8 nights and have no complaints. Out room was cleaned daily with sheets and towels changed each day. The staff were both friendly and helpful. The Hotel is in a great spot, close to transport and many sights within walking distance. Breakfast was plentiful but I think they need a toaster and maybe Tea and coffee... More

We spent some time when planning this four night break looking for a reasonably priced, well located hotel of a good standard. This hotel fitted the bill nicely. It is a five minute walk from Termini station, sited away from the main roads but surrounded by bars, cafes and restaurants. Our double room was a good size, nicely furnished, clean and... More

Just stayed here for 4 nights after booking with Jet 2 and was a mixture of good and bad experience . Its a great location to get to all the sightseeing . Lovely looking room and very clean. Stayed with sister and mum for a birthday celebration. Good service, continental breakfast but plenty, clean towels and bedding daily. Great distance for all sites, recommend getting a pass for open top bus. Also try the Korean Restaurant next door, very friendly and helpful with what dishes to try, dealious. Very much enjoyed our stay in Roma!! 😊

Less than 5 minutes away from Roma Termini if you get off by Via Vicenza. Hotel front desk staff speak clear English and Spanish which was a great thing for me and my girlfriend. Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
