Booked this hotel the day before we were visiting Rome as a last minute decision whilst staying in Florence. Only paid 40 euros so weren't expecting much. We're pleasantly surprised by exterior and reception but when we were told we were in annex started to think that's was reason for price. However after travelling in 'rustic' style lift we found... I stayed here in May with my partner for 7 nights and couldn't find fault with anything. The breakfast was perfectly adequate (the coffee was a great start to my morning) and the rooms were spotless. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to Termini station which we didn't use until we were leaving for the airport but is... More

Stayed overnight in the Hotel Piemonte before catching a train at the Termini the next morning . We arrived after 9.30 in the evening with a small child in our party, the check in was very prompt and efficient and we were soon in our rooms . The rooms were very clean and spacious , more than adequate and the... More

Stayed for three nights in August with two children. We were not greeted very warmly upon arrival. There was no greeting at all in fact just a funny look. After explaining who we were and being told our room number I asked for the Wifi Password, one of the reasons we chose the hotel is it boasted 'excellent Wifi' we... More

the hotel is small and neat but in a busy location near Termini station and pretty loud ... mornings especially when you can hear the maids in the hallways -- not a good place to be if you like to sleep in.. the buffet breakfast is a bit of a joke because its just sliced cheese, cold cuts and cereals...... Dear Guest, thank you for your taking the time to provide feedback of your stay to Piemonte Hotel. About your complaints, I'd like to say, especially for the breakfast, that we provides a wide choice at the buffet of sweet (yeast, cake and tarts crafts, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit) and savory (ham, salami, cheese), as well as coffee, tea, milk... Myself and family visited Rome as part of birthday celebrations in August and on arrival at the hotel, we were greeted warmly and provided all the information we required. We was then only given 1 key to enter the building between 3 people and told to go round the back of the block and enter the building of the hotel... More

First off, I'm as critical as the next person when something doesn't take my liking but there literally isn't one thing I could find fault with about Piemonte Hotel - everything was exactly as described on their site. I travelled to Rome with my two teen aged kids. It's the first time we'd been to Roma (amazing city by the... More

We stayed at the Hotel Piemonte's annexe building for a few days in July 2014. We found our room to be large, modern, pleasant & very clean. We had clean towels every day. The room had everything that you needed including a small fridge and very strong (and free) wifi. The air conditioning worked very well. Initially we were a... More

Dear Guest, thank you so much for your wonderful review and thank you for taking the time to share on TripAdvisor. We are happy to know that you felt comfortables in our residence, it is true that maybe the "vintage" elevator could be weird, but as you said, once in the Hotel part of the building, everything is lovely!
