The hotel is really well located. The Roma Termini is 4 minutes walking from the Hotel. There are some good places to eat around and it's located few minutes from Colosseum and some other attractions. The size of the bedroom is pretty decent. However, the bathroom is pretty tight but you can live with it. The Breakfast is pretty good.

Good location, 5 minute walk from Termini and also from hop on/hop off city tour. Breakfast was great and a good selection to set you up for the day. Room was clean, the only bad i can say about the hotel was that my mother and I were put in the building across the road. We Initially didn't feel very... More

We stayed 3 days here. We didn't spent to much time in the room so besides the bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom, everything else was ok. Breakfast can use more variety (just 1 type of salami), all pastries very sweet and for coffee a dispenser (really??? That's the italian espresso???). Also the staff should smile more.... More

Stayed here 2 nights after our cruise. 3 steps up to reach the hotel lift/elevator. There is also a good size 'waiting room' next to the check-in. Free WiFi !!! Our room has 2 single beds with a night stand in between, a wardrobe, a small desk, a stocked small fridge and one small sofa. It's clean, comfortable and a... More

Good location very near to Termini. Had a triple room although a bit small is not the worst we've seen on our 35 days Europe tour. One double bed with a single sofa bed. Comfy enough, bathroom decent size. Surprising no traffic noise only the occasional blarrings from emergency vehicles. Good breakfast quite sufficient for us. Plenty of restaurants in... More

Stayed here just two nights with a friend. Very clean room especially bathroom. Adequate breakfast. Mini bar/fridge in room. 15 minute walk to Colleseum. Nice friendly staff. Lovely little wine bar on same road as hotel (Servizio Bar) with delicious lasagne. 5 minutes from bus station for Airport tranfer. No complaints. Nice central 3 star hotel .

Four blocks from main train and bus station up a relatively quiet street, Hotel Piemonte has a welcoming lobby and friendly, helpful staff. A variety of rooms, accessible by elevator in the main building. Our moderate sized room, with firm but comfortable large bed, was in the "annex" across the road from the main hotel. On the interior of the... More

I have booked a triple room and I was given a room for 4. We can find all the basic facilities of what a hostel should provide, and even an elevator. The toilet is pretty small, clean enough though. The bath towels supplied are really good in quality. The design of the room is strange. There are 2 beds in... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
