Great price for this nice small hotel, 5 minutes from bus and tram and 10 minutes from the metro stations, with little fountains and citrus trees made our 4 days in Rome a memorable one. The rooms are small but clean and great views. The owner is very helpful and the staff courteous. Free wifi everywhere! My only chagrin was... More

This is a typical European non-chain hotel that was surprisingly hard to find from Termini train station - not as close as it appeared on a map. Rooms are small. Bathrooms were very good. We booked both the quad and triple rooms. The quad came with a double bed and a king bed in two rooms with an "L" layout.... More

I liked the personal and historic touch. They have some wonderful retro furniture. The breakfast was nice but I missed the fresh Italian coffee which we had to take at a bar. My room was facing the street so the noise was annoying, put also mosquito bites here and there.

Arrived Rome for the 4th leg of our honeymoon and took a cab from Civitavecchia cruise terminal. Hard to find as the driver wasn't used to that part of Rome. If not for google maps, it would have taken much longer. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lady at the front desk and check in process was a breeze.... More

This hotel was purchased on Hotwire, so exact location was unknown. If I had a better idea of the location, I would have chosen a different hotel, because it was further away than we expected from all the things we wanted to do. Long walk to the metro stop or the Termini Station. The hotel itself is quaint, the staff... More

We chose an Expedia secret hotel and pulled up to a cute courtyard garden so we were hopeful. Location was ok. The art around the hotel was quaint and quirky but the rooms are very tired. Mould on the walls in the bathrooms, hairs in the sink, 2 single beds joined together (even though I am adamant I booked a... More

We ended up at the Emona Aquaeductus from an affordable Hotwire offer, and Hotwire placed the hotel in the Termini Station zone. While it is within walking distance of Termini, it is a long walk and would be difficult with lots of luggage. The hotel also is located in the direction from Termini away from many of the main tourist... More

I got this from an Expedia secret hotel deal bid for 77 Euro/night in June which I think is a pretty good deal. We also stayed at Hotel Diocleziano for 182 Euro/night and Hotel Mecenate Palace for 110 Euro/night. Again, I am not going too deep to debate about the Italian hotel star systems as all 3 of these hotels... More

1. This hotel is not in the center of Rome, but it is on the tourist map and it is only a 5 minute walk to the metro line, trams are even closer if you are brave enough to catch one. It is also within walking distance of the Colosseum and S.Giovanni. 2. It is affordable, cheap even compared to... More

Stayed there for about five days and have nothing to complain about. Its nicely located with a metro stop in less than 10min walking distance and the bus/tram stop is is about 2min waking from the hotel.Yet its very ul and not noisy at all. No 5 and 14 directly goes to Termini train station which is also quite near. The... More
