Near station Mazzoni, and walking distance to Coliseum. Room very clean and commfortable, helpful staff, and good breakfast. I loved the terrace and lobby of the hotel, very special and magical at nigts mainly! Lovely combination of lights, sofas and plants... Chilly.

We stayed here for five nights in July 2014. It is a charming art deco hotel about 2km from Termini Station. Yes, it is a bit off the beaten path, but the building and garden/courtyard more than make up for it. The rooms (we had a triple room and a double room) were clean and well taken care of. Not... Horrible location in a seedy part of town. Should have known we were in for trouble when cab driver from train had no idea where hotel was. And our 2nd day our tour guide of Vatican had never heard of the hotel either. Upon arrival around 11pm, Daniel was going off duty and checked us in- with a LESS than... More

We booked a "superior double" room with balcony, queen size bed, and ample bathroom. As much as we enjoyed the large bathroom, the colored glass windows on the bathroom's pocket doors did not provide complete privacy. Overall the room (room 27) was comfortable and clean, but the bathtub/shower area could have been cleaner, especially the shower curtain, which should have... More

It's an unusual hotel. As other people said, older building, nice courtyard. The traffic noise can be a bit loud, but what do you expect in a city (and really, you should only be there to sleep)? It was surprisingly quiet at night for such a huge city though. I will agree with Poppet57, the air con could have been... More

Had a brilliant 4 days in Rome and this hotel was superb (one of the best I've stayed in) ~ our room was nicely furnished, had a good sized bathroom (with loadsa space for toiletries) and had loads of character. And, a Roman ruin just out the door! C19th builiding was great with a lovely courtyard where we took our... More

The Emona Aquaductus is a lovely place to spend a couple nights. Room/bathroom were small but clean, comfortable, and charming. Really interesting art/decoration that helps the place feel cool & different. Very nice helpful staff. AWESOME buffet breakfast - everything very fresh and tasty. The location is a little out of the way - nice to be away from the... More

We walked to the Collesium in 20 or so minutes. So location iso not bad and close to the train station. Rooms are dated and bathroom not the best. However the breakfast was great and served in a lovely place. Eggs and bacon, fruit and a proper espresso or cappuccino in the morning. I didn't pay to much, but wouldn't... More

Love this hotel! We stayed for 2 nights and had a really good time. The building is really cool, and the rooms are well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helped us with a lot of things during our visit. All the art in hotel is from the daughter of the family who owns the hotel, and she will... More

We've stayed for few days in this hotel. The room was small but not too bad. Bathroom was disappointing, with very tiny shower space and literally no place to put shampoo and soap. Toiletries were also disappointing considering hotel's rating. Breakfast was basic and reasonable, nothing extraordinary. Service was... How can I put it? Indifferent, I suppose would be the... More
