Hotel Julia is situated in the perfect place for tourists interested in the historical district of Rome. Coming out the door and turning left you have the choice of continuing on and passint the Trevi Fountain in the way to Piazza Navoni or turning right and walking to / through the Roman Forum and into the Collasium. Out the door... More

We booked this hotel as it was recommended by friends and it certainly was the perfect location, just minutes to walk into the main centre. Our room was in the annexe next to the hotel and it was very spacious, clean and had the old feel to it, very quaint. It had everything we needed, ensuite, plenty of cupboard space,... More

I booked a single room with a shared bathroom. I was told I could have a free upgrade for the time I was staying there- I could have a double room with private bathroom or the same price as what I had originally booked. It then, therefore, came as a surprise when the bill arrived and they only charged the... More

We couldn't have picked a better hotel as a hub for Rome! This place is great! Comfortable and clean rooms, great breakfast, super helpful and friendly staff, and just a two minute walk to the Trevi Fountain! Highly recommended!

Stayed just one night in a single room with no shower but with a clean tiled bathroom with toilet and a sink - plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. There was a shower in the corridor. Bed was fine, on the hard side which I prefere. Room was small, nothing special but had everything I needed. Window facing small quiet... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in Dec 2014 in the apt which is locatedacross the road from the main building. Location was perfect for everything we needed to see and do. BUT: we found the leftovers from previous guests still in the fridge which had expired about 10 days earlier. These included cheeses and dips opened and half eaten... More

A nice, clean and very well located hotel, near Palazzo Barberini and the Giardino del Quirinale, 300m from the Barberini Metro Station, close to a huge number of restaurants and at walking distance to Fontana di Trevi, the Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna and other major roman attractions. I stayed in the "Domus Julia" which is located right nextdoor and has... More

This hotel is very well located. Close to Fontana de Trevi, Via dai Tritone, via dai Corzo and many restaurants, coffee shops, stores. Rome is so beautiful, romantic and chic!!! I felt in love with ROME. Don't have much to say about this hotel. The rooms are small and bit dark. Breakfast OK. No WIFI, but staff is very friendly.

Awesome location, good rooms, good breakfast and the best of all - The staff ( and the coffee). If you want a good experience, this place is the right place. I have nothing to complain about, everything is a walking distance away, don't go for cheaper hotels near the termini/far away.

The hotel rooms for single were really small, shared bathroom were none, my room had a bathroom my sister in law had none, her room was way down the hallway, there is no shared bathroom as we know it. The breakfast table could have been cleaner, the sets have not been changed when the guests exit the dining area. The... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
